Case Details
Our thesis workshop ended on 18th Feb,2012.There was another workshop that ended on 23rd
Feb.Just after the lapse of a week I deposited my proposal with Aziz Sahib on 27th Feb,2012.Since I
was the first one so Aziz Sahib had jokingly said I was too early. Aziz Sahib had asked Mr
Asim,who was sitting close by, to receive it.I even asked Asim Sahib to affix his signature of receipt
and he did so.Here are my particulars:

My apprehensions are
1.It might not have been included in the evaluation process it being the earliest one to reach the office
2.It might still be lying buried in the tons of files in the office.
3.It might have got lost because of postal service problems
4.it may still be on its way to my address
I just want to get it confirmed if it has been sent to me or not. Aziz sahib is requested to have a look at the
dispatch-list.I have already contacted the local post office.I have met the two postmen in person.One carries
post to my college and another delivers post in our mohallah.Both said they had not received any post from
AIOU as yet.All other Teflers in Abbottabad region have received their proposals back with objections or
suggestions to improve the proposal.I am very sorry to use this page for the purpose.I normally send my
queries to Director Students Affairs with a copy to the chairman but I think it is not necessary now.Hope you
and Sir Mubarak Ali will help me out.So nice of you for cooperation.

Alongside these messages I kept telephoning Sir Ubaid and Mubarak Sahib.They assured me that I would get it back
soon.But it all was just adhocism.

attended my call very courteously.He told me my name is not included in the despatch list.He further said
that my proposal was not even entered in the system(PC).I told him the whole detail.I reminded him that I
was the first one to deposit it whith him.He said Mr Asif was not in the office and as soon as he returned he
would inquire from him.He directed me to call him at 11 am today(23rd July).
This is not a complaint against any body.In a busy office such as AIOU's such misplacement/dislocations are
not unusual.Neither am I grieved why I have not received it as yet.But I deemed it necessary to bring it on
record so that the file may be traced and needful done.In case the office can not trace it,I can resubmit
another as and when directed. I apologize for taking up so much of your precious time.

I am still without any response from Admin Office of English Department.
Sir Ubaidullah,when contacted in his office, informed me that my Proposal had been handed over to the
English Department Despatch Office.
I think the delay is being caused in Admin Office.Could I request for a Despatch No from Mr Asim (Admin

What do you say now. Should I visit the Department personally now. I am not in hurry. They may take their time to
read it. They should tell me clearly and candidly that I will have it back after two months or three months. They are
fooling me. I am now at my patience’s tether’s end. Please suggest some solution. All the delay is being caused
because of Sir Ubaid. My Proposal is on his table. He told me verbally that I should focus only on one skill .I agreed.
He said he would write it on the Proposal and I would get it back in few days. All was OK. Now it has been two
weeks that I have not had any response from him.
PLEASE CALL HIM TODAY .ASK HIM TO TELL YOU ONCE AND FOR ALL WHAT IS THE UPDATE.
