5. Concern Areas & Possible solutions
Apparel-RP filling
As we receive average 2-3 plts of RP everyday, it is not possible to finish all of them with in allocated 4hrs
therefor as a possible solution, at night shift process all the plts(2-3plts average) into trolleys and following
Day during the day time process them into the sections.
Casual night fill team
As we do not have strong availability of casual night fill team,Speak to all the casual and part-time associates
regarding extending hours and look for possible temporary contracts to minimize cost of wages Luwis Vidanalage
