2. TRAINING OBJECTIVES
Discuss and formulate creative and engaging ways for teaching cultural heritage and
making it appealing to primary school pupils.
Exchange knowledge and good practices on formal and informal lessons that promote
cultural discovery and exploration.
Find ways to incorporate and address questions of cultural heritage across the range of
primary education subjects.
Decide on improved pedagogies that meet the needs of increasingly multicultural
classrooms.
Formulate concrete suggestions to promote respectful intercultural dialogue among
young learners.
Find methods for teaching science (particularly the topics of natural resources and
environmental conservation) through a culturally informed perspective.
