Towie is a fun day held in January for students and teachers. It allows students to relax after working over the Christmas break and gives teachers a chance to do something different, such as one teacher teaching judo moves. There are various activities throughout the day for improving skills like cooking or getting involved in sports like fitness tests, judo, table tennis, and a football match between Manchester United and the rest of the world.

1. What is the day about? Why are we having this fun day?
Allows students to relax in January, because a lot of students who have part time jobs have worked a
lot over Christmas and this fun day lets them have fun for a day. Also I allows the teachers to do
something different, for example one of the teachers is a black belt in Judo and is teaching students
a few moves
2. What sort of activities are on throughout the day?
There are a lot of activities to get involved in from making jewellery/cakes and improving your
cooking skills, to getting involved in all the sport activates we have on, for example we have a fitness
test/ judo/ table tennis and even a Manchester United vs Rest of the world football match
