Dear Friends,
I hope that you all had a blessed and joyful Easter break; it was so wonderful to share
our Easter services with so many of you.
grips with life in South Marston and Swindon. Two of the things I seem to get into
expressions of supporters to know if they have won or lost, but I'm not sure I'll ever
understand the off-side rule!!
Now gardening...there are allotments everywhere and when I'm cycling around you
fruit and vegetables that neighbours and friends so kindly give me. I'm not a
gardener, but I'm tempted to give it a go. It must be so wonderful to start with soil
and seeds and months later be able to sit and eat the rewards of your own hard work.
now and exactly as we want it and without disappointment. Gardening appears to me
may not grow or deliver as expected. So many factors affect the growing process, like
the taste or size etc may not be what they had expected.
But I have know doubt that God will be pleased with the results of his harvest.
Enjoy May as we prepare for summer

Hospital and the people of South Marston village?
The care and professionalism of every staff member who treated me during a very scary 36 hours
was outstanding and they also helped ease my fears as well by explaining everything in a way that
made what was happening a lot less frightening then it could have been.
I work for Royal Mail and for the last 12 years have delivered the mail to South Marston village.
The support the people in the village have shown me during the last four months I’ve been off
many people have gone out of their way to get in contact with me.
I would just like to say thank you to both the staff at the hospital and the people of South Marston,
especially Mrs Robina Taylor, for everything they have done for me.
