6. B.TECH – FIRST YEAR PROGRAM
Candidate must have clearly passed
intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2
level examination or its equivalent from any
recognized Board/University and securing
following minimum aggregate without grace in
subject combination of two compulsory subjects
i.e. Physics and Mathematics and one optional
subject :
Biology,Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Technical
Vocational subject
7. B.TECH – SECOND YEAR (LATERAL
ENTRY) PROGRAM
• Candidate who have passed three years Engg.
Diploma in any branch of Engineering (except
Agriculture Engg./Pharmacy/Architecture)
from an Institution recognized by the Board of
Technical Education, UP with 45% marks (40%
for SC/ST) in case of admission through
UPSEE-2015 counseling and 50% marks (45%
for SC/ST) without any grace in case of
admission through Vacant Seats after
counseling.

degree and passed XII standard with
mathematics as one of the subjection from
any recognized University, securing aggregate
of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in case of
admission through UPSEE-2015 counseling
and 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) without any
grace in case of admission through Vacant
Seats after counseling.
9. M.B.A / M.C.A PROGRAM
• Candidate must have passed Bachelors degree
course of three years minimum duration from
any recognized Indian University or its
equivalent, recognized by AIU securing
minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in
aggregate without any grace. In case of
admission in MCA, candidate must have
passed Mathematics at 10+2 level or
Graduation level.
10. M.C.A – 2nd YEAR (LATERAL
ENTRY) PROGRAM
• Candidate must have passed Bachelors degree
course of minimum three years duration in
BCA, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) from any
recognized Indian University or its equivalent
recognized by AIU securing minimum 50%
(45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate. The
candidate must have passed Mathematics at
10+2 level or Graduation level.
11. M.A. M COURSE (DUAL DEGREE)
PROGRAM
• Candidate must have passed Intermediate
examination or UP Board or 10+2 level
examination or its equivalent from any
recognized Board/University securing
minimum aggregate of 45% (40% marks for
SC/ST Category candidates) marks without
grace in case of admission through UPSEE
counseling and 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in
aggregate without any grace in case of Direct
Admission.
12. M.TECH PROGRAM
• Candidate must have passed B.Tech in relevant
branch or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
(55% for SC/ST category students) in aggregate.
Those having valid GATE/GPAT score in the branch
in which he/she is desirable to seek admission
shall be given due weightage.
• For admission to M.Tech (Computer Science)
candidates having degree of MCA, M.Sc
(Computer Science) or M.Sc. (Information
Technology) are also eligible.
13. • For admission to M.Tech (Electronics Engineering
& related branches), candidates having degree of
M.Sc. (Electronics Engineering) are also eligible.
• Candidates not having Mathematics at
intermediate level shall be required to
compulsorily qualify a non-credit course on
Mathematics of Intermediate level in the first
semester of M.Tech Program.
