It includes full practice tests for the English, Math, Reading and Science sections, including one for the optional Writing section. The document explains what each test section covers, strategies for taking each test, how to pace yourself, and how to review and score the practice tests. The goal is to help students prepare and do their best on the actual ACT exam.
- Traditional tests have fixed forms with all examinees answering the same items, which is inefficient and leads to differences in precision.
- Computer adaptive testing (CAT) tailors the difficulty and number of items to each examinee based on their responses to previous questions. CAT aims to maximize precision by selecting subsequent questions based on the examinee's estimated ability level.
- CAT requires fewer items than traditional tests to arrive at equally accurate scores while providing a more personalized experience for each examinee.
This document provides information and strategies to help students prepare for the ACT test. It includes full-length practice tests covering English, math, reading and science with answer keys. It discusses general test preparation such as pacing yourself, reading directions carefully, and using logic to eliminate incorrect answers on more difficult questions. The document also provides information on what to expect on test day, how to take the practice tests, and how to score the multiple choice and writing sections.
This document provides guidance on answering questions in Physical Education (PE). It explains that questions will challenge independent thinking and require applying knowledge from lessons and research. Command words like "describe", "explain", "analyze", and "evaluate" determine the type of information and level of detail needed in the response. Examples are given for questions using each command word along with sample responses demonstrating how to structure answers for each type. The document also discusses developing points in responses and reading questions carefully.

The document compares and contrasts the quantitative sections of the GRE and GMAT exams. Both exams test similar math content areas like arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data analysis, but at foundational levels without calculus or trigonometry. The GRE allows using a basic calculator while the GMAT does not. The GRE has multiple choice and quantitative comparison questions while the GMAT has multiple choice and data sufficiency questions. Both exams emphasize reasoning skills over rote knowledge and aim to test problem solving abilities through conceptually challenging questions that require analyzing given information.

It then outlines 7 strategies for approaching MCQs: 1) Budget your time, 2) Attempt questions in order while marking unsure ones, 3) Carefully read the question requirements, 4) Answer the question mentally before looking at options, 5) Read all options thoroughly, 6) Use process of elimination, 7) Make an educated guess if unsure. Key words in questions and eliminating impossible answers can help select the best choice.
This document provides guidance on preparing for a job interview. It discusses the importance of first impressions and offers tips on etiquette, attire, punctuality, and body language. It also emphasizes the importance of researching the company, interviewer, job details, one's own CV, common questions, and questions to ask. Covey says most people look for quick fixes. They see a big success and want to know how he did it, believing (and hoping) they can do the same following a quick bullet list.
But real change, the author says, comes not from the outside in, but from the inside out. And the most fundamental way of changing yourself is through a paradigm shift.
That paradigm shift is a new way of looking at the world. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People presents an approach to effectiveness based on character and principles.
The first three habits indeed deal with yourself because it all starts with you. The first three habits move you from dependence from the world to the independence of making your own world.
Habits 4, 5 and 6 are about people and relationships. The will move you from independence to interdependence. Such, cooperating to achieve more than you could have by yourself.
The last habit, habit number 7, focuses on continuous growth and improvement.

2. • 1. Know the test format – The first thing you
need to search for is how the Epso Numerical
Reasoning exam is structured. You can go on and
search this on Epso’s website and through official
journals of the competition or you can read on.
• Regardless of the EU competition – be it
Administrator or Assistant, the numerical
reasoning exam is made of 10 questions for
which you will have 20 minutes to solve.
3. • The questions will present a table or a chart
with a brief explanation of the context, a
question on the table/chart and then 5
possible answers from which only one is right.
This CBT test follows right after the verbal
reasoning test and is followed by the abstract
reasoning one.
4. • 2. Budget your time – Two minutes / question
some would say that it’s more than
enough, others that it’s clearly not sufficient. It all
depends on your previous numerical skills and
exercise. Someone with technical background
might find the exercises a piece of cake while
people with other skills might find the questions
a bit tricky.
• In both cases, you should always keep an eye on
the clock and try to fit in the two minutes
timeframe for each question. In exam conditions
5. • It’s easy to get stuck with a particular question
and waste more time on it. The best option
would be just to mark the question and if time
allows it come back to it in the end. If there’s
no time, don’t leave the question unanswered
and make an educated or a lucky guess.
6. • 3. Read the statements carefully – Make sure
you have clearly understood what is wanted
from the statement. Double check the tables
with the data from which you deduct the
answer.
7. • 4. Make use of given items – In the CBT exam
room you will receive rough paper, marker and
a calculator. Mark down complex calculations
on the rough paper so that when you would
need to go back to that value it stays written.
Also, if you would want to revise a particular
question, you would have the data already
calculated on the rough paper.
8. • During the exam, some people prefer the reallife calculator, others the virtual calulator
available in the test engine.
• It’s a personal choice, but in both cases you
should make sure that you are typing the
correct data into it.
9. • 5. Prepare well – Depending on the level of
the competition, the difficulty of the
questions is different. For an Administrator
exam, the questions could be more difficult
and with more calculations than for an
Assistant exam.
10. • Prepare to meet the same type of exercises –
addition, subtraction, multiplication, division,
decimal numbers, fractions, percentage – but
a different difficulty scale depending on the
published EPSO competition.
• You should be prepared for this situation and
practice well in advance.
11. • 6. Avoid stupid mistakes –Make sure to avoid
stupid mistakes that could cost you precious
points. One could look at another column in
the table, mistype values on the calculator or
even check a wrong answer after calculating
the correct answer. Try as much as possible to
stay focused and do not let these type of
mistakes affect your score.
12. • 7. Ease your job – Depending on the type of
exercise you could round up or down the
values given for easier calculations. You will
find the answer only by approximation but it
will clearly increase your speed of solving the
exercise.
13. • 8. Check unit measurement – Always look at
the unit measurement that data is presented
and how the answers are shown. It could be
that a value is in thousands while the answer
is in millions. In this case, the wrong answer
would always be there to trick you so make
sure you look for these details and express the
answer in the right unit of measurement.

15. • 10. Practice makes perfect – I’ve saved the
best advice for the end. You should practice as
much as possible before the CBT exam date.
This way you’ll be able to assess your
performance, identify your weakest points
and track your progress.
16. • Remember that it’s not about passing the
EPSO CBT exam but having one of the best
scores to allow you to advance to the
Assessment Centre that’s why focus and
speed have a large impact on the score
