Managed all safety related matters on the facility, developing and implementing
sustainable preventive strategies designed to reduce accidents and incidents across
the facility.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Oversaw reduced incident rate over a 2 year period which included numerous
high risk activities including diving program.
 Instrumental in ensuring dry dock in Singapore was conducted without injury
or incident.
 Oversaw the successful introduction of the safety training observation
program which increased safety focus and lowered incident statistics.
 Restructured Safety Management procedures to more closely align with
global safety objectives, ensuring greater levels of safety ownership and
contribution by the work force.
 Encourage personnel to take responsibility for their own safety performance
