Key Role and Responsibilities:
 Report to the senior site HSE Engineer as well as HSE Manager Site
 Assist Construction execution team to provide HSE Document like JSA,
TBT, RISK ASSESSMENT, and Permit to work Compliance at site.
 Verify Competence 3rd certification, scaffolding, and crane operation etc,
Equipment safety 3rd party certificate & fit for purpose High risk
activities required additional safety officer coverage.
 Supervise junior safety officer coverage and inspection program on
weekly or monthly basis Ensuring that only Inspected and Certified plants
and Equipment's (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic tools and
Equipments) are in use at site.
 Coordinate Gas test, confined space entry, respiratory equipment,
working at height HSE support, conducting various type of internal
training
 Input Provide verification feedback to Senior HSE Engineer as well as
HSE Manager Site HSE continuous improvement program
 Prepare risk assessments and job safety analysis with the assistance of
responsible Field Engineers and construction supervision.

 Supervise Junior Safety Officers in the production of pertinent toolbox
talks with the assistance of responsible construction supervision including
the identification of proactive and reactive site issues for communication
to the workforce and collection of constructive feedback.
