try to add any details that I can think of. I was also sharing the 2

TEACHING RESOURCES
In the English department, you can find many resources for classroom activities. There are also many
resources online. I can share with you the best sites I have found. As for deciding what to do in each
class, sometimes the teacher will want you to do something from the book or plan something in
particular. Or, you can plan an activity based on the season and what important days are going on, you
can find an activity has something to do with what the students are learning in their books or about any
other topic that you find interesting for them. There are some books by Cambridge in the English
departments with really nice activities.
 http://busyteacher.org/ has been the best site for me. It is free, you only have to register and can
search the database for any type of lesson plan or printable activity; they also send you an email
every week full of downloadable activities.
 http://www.teachervision.fen.com/ is also really good, but you can only see 5 free items at a time.
If you have access to various computers at school, you can see more.

 http://pppst.com/ is a database of powerpoints on all types of subjects; you can also search on
http://es.slideshare.net/ or http://www.authorstream.com/. You can download a presentation, and
edit it if you like, to use in class.

Getting involved in extracurricular activities is a good way to enjoy your time and get to know some more
Spanish people. Making local friends rather than just other language assistants is really important. Lots of
people are also interested in language exchanges and private lessons, which you can advertise online (just
look up clasificados Murcia to find various websites) or with signs in the streets.
