1. BROKER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Thank you for introducing your Prospective Buyer to AMELIA AT BAY MEADOWS. By registering your
Prospective Buyer on their first visit to our community, you will establish a 60 day registration period from the
date signed by a TP Homes Sales Agent. If your Prospective Buyer purchases a home at this community during
the time they are registered, your position will be protected and you will be paid a referral fee at the successful
close of escrow. This registration applies only for the Prospective Buyer and community listed herein. In order
to avoid any misunderstandings involving this registration, TRI POINTE HOMES will honor your position for
the above noted period with the following stipulations:
1. All agents or brokers must be full–time residential agents or brokers, earning their living from the sale of
real estate. Commercial brokers and Loan Officers are excluded.
2. The Real Estate Agent must accompany and personally register the Prospective Buyer on the Prospective
Buyer’s first visit to the TRI POINTE HOMES Sales Office. We cannot honor claims made by a Prospective
Buyer who informs the Community Sales Agent that he/she is working with a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate
Agent must be the “procuring cause” and complete the Registration as stated.
3. Following the initial registration period, if the Prospective Buyer has not executed an Agreement of
Purchase & Sale, the Registration must be re-established in writing by re-registering. Prospective buyer and Sales
Agent must personally come back into the sales office to re-register. No email or fax is allowed unless approved
by TRI POINTE HOMES. Re-registration will extend the agreement as per stated on the re-registration.
4. At no time shall TRI POINTE HOMES be responsible for the payment of more than one referral fee for
any registered Prospective Buyer. If the Prospective Buyer has registered with more than one Real Estate Agent,
TRI POINTE HOMES will honor the earlier dated registration provided the Registration period or subsequent re-
registration is in effect.
5. All sales documentation will be prepared by an AMELIA AT BAY MEADOWS community Sales
Counselor on approved DRE documents only.
6. The referring Real Estate Agent acknowledges and agrees that the AMELIA AT BAY MEADOWS Sales
Counselor will work directly with the Prospective Buyer without any further approval by the referring Real Estate
Agent.
7. Referring Real Estate Agent agrees to facilitate the completion of this transaction and, if requested by a
TRI POINTE HOMES representative, participate in the completion of the transaction.
8. TRI POINTE HOMES will pay a referral fee in the amount of $15,000, at the close of escrow.
9. The referral fee will be paid to the ORIGINAL Broker of record. No portion of the $15,000 referral fee
shall be credited back to the buyer.
10. AMELIA referral fees will be paid through Escrow to the Broker of record for the realty firm listed below.
Escrow is herein instructed to make referral check payable to the realty firm only. Checks will not be made
payable to an individual sales agent or broker unless the referring broker is not affiliated with a realty firm.
