Fire and Spice is an exciting new Multi-Cuisine Street Food concept
offering 3 cuisines spanning the globe.
The menu covers Mediterranean, Chinese and Indian cuisines, while
also offering a café menu, all under one beautifully designed restaurant.
The concept will work on the principle that we first taste food with our
eyes and therefore all 3 concepts operate live cooking stations on view.
Fire and Spice represents a Lifestyle brand; the brand is positioned to
portray Quality, Excellence, and Modern Living. Ideally, customers
should be willing to use Fire and Spice for a range of services:
Restaurant, Casual Snack/Beverage, Take out prepared meal,
deliveries, and catering. The ethos and philosophy will consistently be
