The Tennessee Department of Education will host the Yes2Kids Conference from February 26-27 to provide training and networking for educators on issues like cyberbullying and migrant education. The conference will feature workshops on bullying prevention, character development, and school health issues. It will also highlight two successful after-school programs funded by lottery money: TOPS and New Directions Academy, which provides alternative education for students in grades K-12 to achieve academic and social success.
