She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Tuskegee University and a Master's in Education from Mercer University. Some of her accomplishments include partnering with districts to transform schools, improving student math performance, and developing innovative curriculum. at Westwood New Tech High.
Improved student mathematical performance through the use of manipulatives and
various teaching strategies appropriate for individual learning styles.
Incorporated character education techniques to create a safe and responsible classroom

Developed an innovative curriculum used to instruct and manage individual students,
small groups, and classes of at least 30 students.
Developed and operated an organization that offers a prevention/intervention approach
