Implementation of the Continuous Integration based on Atlassian BambooАнете Аннемария
Aleksandrs, Filips and Jurijs from ALSO Cloud will speak about the implementation of the Continuous Integration based on Atlassian Bamboo. They will try to cover the why, the how and the what-to-look-out-for when implementing CI (and CD) in a medium-large project.
Filips Jelisejevs is SCRUM Master by conviction and a software developer by heart.
Aleksandrs Stepanovs is a frontend developer with 6+ years of experience, specializing in single page applications.
Jurijs Sakels is a hardcore .NET developer, tractor driver and whatever else he needs to be.
The Beam Vision for Portability: "Write once run anywhere"Knoldus Inc.
This session is all about knowing a modern way to define and execute data processing pipelines with Apache Beam, an open-source unified programming model. we will talk about the Apache Beam vision and the benefits of the Beam Portability framework. The Beam Portability framework achieves the vision that a developer can use their favourite programming language with their preferred execution backend.

Bamboo Continuous Integration Server - BriefEllen Feaheny
Continuous integration (CI) brings faster feedback to your development process, preventing bugs from piling up and reducing the risk of project delays.
Bamboo enables development teams of any size to adopt CI in minutes, easily integrate it with their work day and scale their build farm using elastic resources in the Amazon EC2 cloud.
Continuous Integration (CI) is a development practice that requires developers to integrate code into a shared repository several times a day. Each check-in is then verified by an automated build, allowing teams to detect problems early. In this post, Vedamanikandan explains continuous integration.
This lightning talk was first given at DjangoCon 2010 in Portland, OR, and again presented at the Bristol/Bath Django users group meeting. DjangoZoom is a hosted service to ease deployment of Django apps. Sign up for the beta at http://djangozoom.com
In this session, we will learn about Teamcity CI Server. We will look at the different options available and how we can set a CI pipeline using Teamcity.
OpenNebulaConf2018 - OpenNebula in a Continuous Integration Environment - Geo...OpenNebula Project
At Dynatrace we use OpenNebula primarily in our CI environment to build and test our software.
In this talk i want to focus on our use of the econe API that is used to dynamically provision instances for the current build or test run. We will cover how we build our images with packer and puppet as well as how we maintain these images and our KVM hosts.

Efficient Content Authoring Tools and Pipeline for Inter-Studio Asset Development
With the complexity of today's video games and their associated tight timelines, it is paramount for video game studios to have a highly efficient content authoring process and production workflow. With a trend towards outsourced development of game assets, there are additional considerations that are important for achieving optimal workflow between studios that are co-developing or sharing assets. This lecture gives valuable insight into how to create new content authoring tools and data transformation pipelines that promote efficient work flow for both internal and remote production teams. Specific considerations for outsourcing and worldwide development are made along the way.

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

All these questions and more will be explored as we talk about matching clients’ needs with what your agency offers without pulling teeth or pulling your hair out. Practical tips, and strategies for successful relationship building that leads to closing the deal.
Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.
