Instructional Requirements Curriculum must be challenging Adequate yearly progress must be present Separate measures must be available for: Disadvantaged Racial and Ethnic groups Disabled English Language Learners Results must be valid and reliable
Teacher Specific Regulations Regarding Implementation Teachers and paraprofessionals must be “Highly Qualified” Ongoing professional development is required Students must make progress and be tutored if necessary Applies only to teachers that teach core curriculum and design plans for the core subjects
