The Junior League of Northwest Arkansas Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving
communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. The Junior League of
Northwest Arkansas reaches out to women of all races, religions, and national origins, who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism.

Tina Winham

A native to Northwest Arkansas, Tina has always had a strong
desire to give back to her community through volunteerism. Using
skilled honed from the League, Tina volunteers her time as a
passionate supporter for improving the lives of women and children
in Northwest Arkansas.
Tina has been a member of the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas for more than 10 years
serving in an array of leadership positions. In addition to her work for JLNWA, she currently
volunteers with the following organizations:
Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter, Board Member
National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, Member
Susan Barrett’s Women with a Mission for Mercy Hospital, Founding Member
Her past leadership roles include: Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter, Board
President; Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders, Board President; Junior Auxiliary,
President; Northwest Arkansas Business Women’s Conference, Chair; Leadership
Benton County, Chair.
Tina has been recognized by several organizations for her work in Northwest Arkansas and
has been honored with accolades including:
2010 Northwest Arkansas Business Journal, “40 Under 40”
2005 Bentonville Chamber, Volunteer of the Year
2009 and 2014 recipient of the JLNWA “Community Star Award”
In her career, she works for NUK USA/Jarden Corp as the Walmart Team Lead. She attended
the University of Arkansas and received her BSBA in Business Administration and
Management from the University of Phoenix. Tina and her husband, Jeff have one daughter.
