MEATBALL
 In my place the Wonogiri area, Central
Java is famous for its meatballs.
 Meatballs are made from a mixture of
flour and processed beef. In one bowl
there are usually meatballs themselves,
white and yellow noodles, vegetables
such as bean sprouts, and don't forget
the gravy made from beef broth.
 Many people migrate to outside Java to
sell Wonogiri meatballs.
GRILLED
TILAPIA
• This food is made from fish which is
seasoned with soy sauce and some
spices, then grilled using charcoal.
• Because my place is close to the
reservoir, namely the Gajah Mungkur
reservoir.
CABUK, TEMPE
CHIPS, CHASEW NUT
• There is also a famous snack from this area which is
usually used for souvenirs, namely cashew nuts, tempeh
chips, and cabuk.
• Cabuk is made from sesame seeds that are processed and
mixed with several spices. Usually this is eaten with a
vegetable called gudangan.
• Tempeh chips is made from tempeh that is thinly sliced ​

and mixed with a little flour and then fried.
• Cashew nuts are seeds from cashews that are fried and
some are flavored.
TRADITIONAL MARKET SNACKS
• Kelpon is made from processed rice flour and glutinous rice flour and the inside is filled with brown sugar.
Usually eaten with grated coconut.
• Jenang sumsum is made from rice flour cooked using coconut milk and served with liquid brown sugar.
• Thiwul made from cassava which is dried in the sun or called gaplek and gethuk are made from grated
cassava and topped with grated coconut.
TRADITIONAL HERBAL
• Jamu is a traditional drink made from
spices such as turmeric, ginger,
tamarind, galangal, palm sugar, milled
rice. Usually this herbal medicine is to
maintain a healthy body.
