This is a start to the scope baseline but you seem to have forgott.docxkenth16
This is a start to the scope baseline but you seem to have forgotten who your audience is. The scope statement should be tailored to the people who will use and be affected by this project. I would think that the people living in that community would benefit the most from know what is going to be delivered and what they should expect of this project. Your scope statement is a listing of the project management and project team activities. That isn't correct. The audience for the WBS and dictionary is the project team. It should explain to them what the results of their work should look like or how it should behave. The dictionary descriptions are specific to THIS project and should be enough for the team member to know how to meet expectations. Your dictionary is missing all that. So look through my specific comments in the attached file. They should guide you in the right direction to help you finalize this assignment. Let me know if you have any questions.

this is Consumer Buyer Behavior Part 2. Our learning objectives today include identify the five steps of the consumer buying decisionmaking process, analyze interpersonal and non-personal influences on buying behavior, describe how culture, values, beliefs, and religion impact purchase behavior.
The five steps of the consumer buying decision-making process include problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, and post-purchase evaluation. Now let me give you an example to illustrate. And this is what marketers often do.
Step one, I have a problem, which is I want to try the new restaurant in town but I'm unsure of the prices, the quality of the food, the location, the parking situation, et cetera. I move on to step two. I search for information on the web, the restaurant website, and review sites like Yelp.com for information.
Three, I evaluate my alternatives-- other restaurants in the area that seem comparable or my go-to restaurants-- and I think to myself, do I want to go there or do I want to try the new restaurant? Four, I make the decision to try it out. Five, I am thrilled with the experience. I take photos of myself, with my friends, of the wait staff. I take photos of the food. I post everything on Snapchat, Yelp.com, et cetera. So I had a really good experience.
However, through those five steps, there are many interpersonal and non-personal influences that can possibly lead us astray. And as marketers, we need to pay attention to this. Interpersonal influences-- there are many examples-- family members are strong influencers when it comes to big and small purchases.
Examples. I need to ask my dad about the types of cars I am interested in. He will know what is best for me at this time in my life. Or another example. I always buy Thomas' English muffins and bagels because my grandmother and my mom used to buy that brand and it evokes really good feelings in me and it reminds me of my childhood.
Mentors are also heavy influencers. So an example. My football coach during middle school and high school always believed in my talent and thinks I should choose Temple University's football program. So I do.
Religion is another key factor that often shapes decision making. Here's an example. I was raised in a Jewish kosher family and will ensure my family home has an awesome kosher kitchen for large family gatherings and wonderful food. I'm in the process of building my house. There are only two contractors in the area that specialize in kosher kitchen design, so out of the 30 contractors out there that I'm aware of, I'm only going to talk to those two for estimates.
Culture is another driver of consumption. Example. I grew up watching the old movies-- black and white films from the '30s, '40s, and '50s. I absolutely love it. I want to be a historical firm major in college. Where should I go to study this? Ah, the film degree at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. I think I'll go there.

Modern Dance Techniques
Although modern dance was born out of rebellion against ballet, several modern dance artists and teachers codified their movement vocabulary much like ballet had hundred of years before. Codification means a group of movement exercises and phrases were to developed to teach in a class-like structure that had set choreography and counts in a progression that would prepare you for performance in that style of dance. Here are the major classical modern techniques to give you a clearer idea of what this means:
Duncan technique (Isadora Duncan)
Duncan dance actually has strong technique. Much time is devoted to learning technique. Duncan dancers are trained to move in a particular way. As Julia Levien recalled of her own training, “Your knee must be turned out. Your hips must be thrust forward. Your breathing must be in certain cadence. Nothing was left to chance.” One must have strong and flexible ankles, mobility of the pelvis, and fluidity of the arms.
The difference between ballet and Duncan dance is that, in ballet, the audience is supposed to see the technique. The technique and the style become one. In Duncan dance -- when performed properly -- the technique is invisible. As Isadora wrote, technique is a means rather than an end in itself. Technique functions as a support for style. Hortense Kooluris put it simply, “If you can see the technique, it is not Duncan dance.” Duncan dance appears free flowing, natural, and spontaneous (a style based upon classical Greek art), but it is only long practice with the underlying technique that allows it to do so.
Duncan Dance Principles: Duncan dance is free-flowing and appears spontaneous; has a sense of energy and grace that radiates from the solar plexus; reflects the rhythms of nature; is danced to the great classical music; and is a state of mind as much as a style of movement.
Humphrey technique (Doris Humphrey)
Doris Humphrey, like her contemporary Martha Graham, was interested in making dance more reflective of modern times. In collaboration with Charles Weidman, she developed the concept of fall and recovery—using the pattern of breath to inform movement. She was José Limón’s teacher and mentor, and though she wasn’t interested in creating a technique, her ideas became part of what is today known as Limón technique.

Limon technique (Jose Limon)
The technique is based on principles of weight, fall, and recovery as established by Jose lemon and his mentors, Doris Humphrey and Charles Weidman. It focuses on the movement of breath through the body, the dynamic use of weight in each body part, and the fluid succession of one movement into the next.

PART1
Internal Threats and Countermeasures
Cyber-attacks offer the ability to obliterate and interrupt an organization’s communication channels, security data center and facility remotely. Indeed, private and public organizations are often interlinked; hence, data breaches effect damaging impact on the organization’s confidence in protecting the economy and innocent citizens. Today, there is a crisis about organizations’ inability to resolve the age-old problem of how to control the abuse of trust and confidence given to authorized officials to freely logon onto the organization’s system, Many such officials , turn around to betray the organization by committing cybercrimes.
Vulnerability stems from interactions and communications among several system components and categorized as deficiency, weakness and security cavity on network data center.
To what extent do internal threats constitute a key factor against any organization’s ability to battle insider threats caused by people who abuse assigned privilege?
What is the most effective mechanism for organizations to combat internal threats?
Why should disgruntled employees must be trained on the danger of throwing wastepaper and electronic media in a bin within and outside the facility?
Internal threats and countermeasures are isolated occurrences where most activities involve direct connection to the Internet for global interaction, digital communication and transmission. The preeminent method to mitigate internal threats is to equip users with ready-to-act traditional approach. As a result of the sophistication of our modern-day culprits, over-all reliance on employees, increasing credo that authorized users are predictable agent in the fight against internal threats. Internal threat operators often use psychological moralities and procedures to navigate or circumvent security restrictions through persuasion and psychosomatic principles. Criminals use crafty manipulation techniques to sway users into divulging confidential information, such as, usernames, passwords, bank information, house and office alarm codes to take control over organizations’ security centers. Historic channel to internal threats and countermeasures are categorized into employee’s theft, pilferage, embezzlement, fraud, stealing, peculation and defalcation. Most organizations often ignore to establish and adopt on-board ecological waste management action plans to deal with discarded materials, shredded left-over documents, magnetic media and placing fragments in isolated location as countermeasure process.
Today, there is a crisis about organizations’ inability to resolve the age-old problem of how to control the abuse of trust and confidence given to authorized officials to freely logon onto the organization’s system, Many such officials , turn around to betray.

Question 1
In personal relationships, effective communication helps an individual to advocate oneself, get better understood by others and also express his/her feelings in a positive and safe manner. In therapeutic relationships, effective communication help build confidence in healthcare professionals, transmit information to patients and address issues that may arise for individualized care (Tappen et al., 2004). In an inter-professional healthcare team, effective communication increases communication, reduces the chances of error and improve patient care outcomes.
Question 2
The most important similarity between effective communications in the three interaction is the benefit of improvement of patient care outcomes. In all these communication, the final goal is to ensure the safety and quality of care. On the other hand, the main difference is involves the main persons affected (Tappen et al., 2004). In personal communication, the relationship is between two people; in therapeutic, it involves a healthcare professional and a patient; while two or more healthcare personnel are involved in the last type.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Question 3
Congruence between verbal and non-verbal communication refers to a situation where there is a coherent message passed through the two methods and the verbal and non-verbal messages are mutually enhancing (Eisenhauer, 2018).

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
