3. Welcome to the Neighborhood /// Printed Communications
Thirdmark designed this brochure for the Empire State building as an informational piece to be customized for
tenants. The accordion fold piece has a floor plan of the main lobby and the tenant’s office space on one side.
The other side identifies restaurants, bars, retailers, public transportation and parking in the neighborhood.

4. Hotel DNA /// Digital Flash Presentation
THIRDMARK designed a digital presentation to illustrate the new DNA for an existing hotel chain. The presentation
is an inspirational tool for the development of hotels that will elevate the chain from a two star rating to a four star
rating. It will be distributed to developers and creative teams when envisioning new locations.

5. Hotel DNA /// Recipe Cards
THIRDMARK designed a printed tool kit to be distributed along with the digital flash presentation. The concept of
the printed piece is a recipe box filled with inspiration. Using the individual cards, designers can now prepare a
recipe for the new location by pulling inspirational ingredients together for each area of the hotel.

6. Ace Hotel New York /// Signage & Wayfinding
THIRDMARK designed custom signage for ACE Hotel’s new location in NYC. We worked closely with ACE to design
a sign program representative of their brand. The final signs have the feeling of hand painted building graphics with
oversized wall murals on each floor. Across from the elevators, they offer direction to the guestrooms and amenities.

THIRDMARK developed this brand identity for a Building & Zoning Law Consulting firm in New York City. In
addition to the identity, a comprehensive program of marketing materials were developed. The final materials
include letterhead, business cards, a brochure that can be tailored for individual clients and a mailing envelope.

THIRDMARK developed this website for a Building & Zoning Law Consulting firm in New York City. The clean and
modern design serves as an excellent marketing tool with solid navigation, allowing potential clients to gain a better
understanding of the firm and what they offer. The site also serves as a tool for their current clients to send/receive
information back and forth easily and efficiently.

9. W Hotel /// Signage & Wayfinding
THIRDMARK designed custom signage for the guestroom corridors within the W Hotel as part of the renovation
project. The final signs compliment the corridor finishes and the simplicity of the interior. We developed a unique
feature element for the elevator landings which incorporates W’s signature, fresh green grass.

10. Hotel Design Guidelines /// Printed Communications
THIRDMARK designed the guidelines document for InterContinental Hotels. It organizes information distributed to
the creative teams when designing new locations. Requirements, illustrated with images and copy, include all areas
from the approach to the guestrooms and amenities.

11. The Standard NY /// Signage & Wayfinding
THIRDMARK implemented a sign program at the StandardNY Hotel in downtown Manhattan. The signs were
designed to be unique for each area of the hotel including the public spaces, guest corridors, night club and
restaurant. The signs clearly convey information while offering a subtle detail to the surrounding environment.

12. Cerami /// Identity Design + Printed Collateral
THIRDMARK developed this brand identity for an Acoustic & Adio Visual consultant. The brand has a clean
coprporate feel and incorporates abstract sound waves as part of the mark. The objective of this project was to
refresh an existing brand without losing the brand equity of the firm.

13. Toronto Marriott Hotel /// Signage & Wayfinding
THIRDMARK designed a signage and wayfinding program as part of the renovation performed on the Toronto
Marriott Hotel’s main lobby and public spaces. The signs were back painted clear glass panels sandblasted on
the front surface to achieve the raised copy and horizontal line pattern.

14. Gateway Center Brooklyn /// Identity Design
THIRDMARK designed this brand identity for Related Retail to represent a new shopping center in Brooklyn.
It includes a series of small stores with a focus on urban fashion. This development was planned to share a site
with an existing big box retail shopping center.

15. Smyth Hotel /// Signage & Wayfinding
THIRDMARK designed custom signage for Thompson Hotels’ new boutique location in Manhattan’s
downtown neighborhood of Tribeca. The signing program implemented has a modern feel while referencing
the cast iron lettering found on buildings throughout this industrial area of the city.

THIRDMARK designed the marketing brochures for BBG-BBGM, an Architecture + Interior Design firm. The challenge
was to create a series of brochures to represent the firm’s overall brand while clearly distinguishing architecture from
interior design. A similar layout style is carried through while the use of color and a mix of sizes create the distinction.

THIRDMARK designed this digital brochure as a marketing piece to be distributed at a conference in Asia. The CD
includes a showcase of projects representing the architecture and interior design firm. The custom matte black case
has the company logo foil stamped on the front. The interior has a full bleed rendering that is also printed on the CD
face so the image is never interrupted.

19. Chelsea Stratus /// Signage & Wayfinding
THIRDMARK designed this sign program to compliment the natural materials found throughout the building.
Interior signs have been made from a dark gray slate and incorporate a bamboo pattern. The pattern was
inspired by a feature wall found in the main lobby.

THIRDMARK designed a brand for The Spa at Stowe Mountain Lodge as an extension of the interior design.
The mark was inspired by the rustic feel of the spa and feature elements found in the reception area.
