3. Digestor & Enzymes
THE DIGESTOR
The Digestor (an automated enclosed system) that treats wastes at high temperature reducing air-pollution and
killing harmful pathogen. It also provides an optimum environment for our patented enzymes to accelerate the
aerobic fermentation process (Organic matter example starch, fats are converted to CO2 & H2O & Organic fertiliser).
BM1 ENZYMES
These patented enzymes are made of thermophilic bacteria that operate best at 80℃ and can complete the
digestion process in just 24 hours

5. Advantages of the Technology
Resolves organic waste problems in 24 hours
Converts waste into a high-quality product
Gives you quick returns on investment
Operates at low cost
Eliminates bio-security issues because of organic waste disposal.
Reduces carbon emissions
Requires little space as the system is compact
6. Applications of the Digestor
70% of waste (cattle manure & beef slaughter includes vicera, fats and guts content)
with 30% of dry waste (saw dust, cardboard paper, hay, straw, rice husk, leaves, wood
chips and fibrous waste from food factories).
70% of waste (poultry manure) with 30% of dry waste (cardboard paper and bagasse,
fibre from sugar factory).
A mixture of market/food waste and wood dust.
70% of waste (pig manure) with 30% of dry waste (saw dust, cardboard paper, hay,
straw, rice husk, leaves, wood chips and fibrous waste from food factories).
