E.g. 2- Garment manufacturer sends unstitcheded garments for embroidery work to
other business setup for embroidery, post embroidery products has to be returned to
Garment manufacturer.
One who receives Goods from sender and return back once the required
process is done.
E.g. 1- Dry Cleaning unit is Receiver in this business mode
E.g. 2- Embroidery unit is Receiver here

Challan Series Number
After adding Receiver click on“CHALLAN SERIES NO.”
“CHALLAN SERIES NO.”is a prefix used before challan
number starting from 001.
Enter any prefix/series number.
Select validity period of this series number, by default
this is valid for current financial year.

Edit or Send challan
Click on SENT CHALLAN
From the list of all sent challans, click“select”
View: to check made challan
Modify: to change details if required
Send: to mail challan to Receiver and same will
reflect in their RECEIVER panel if they are
using Theparchi

A Receiver can add“Challan Series No.”for making return challan

Reject: if some correction is required in
