1. TRIAL AND ERROR
To start a work then have some profit or loss in that work
2. CONVENTIONAL THEORY
To forward ancestors’ business and don’t make any changes in it

1. SCIENTIFIC THEORY
Proposed by Fedrick. If someone does more work in given time, he
deserves more money than his salary and if someone does less work in
given time, his salary should be cut off
1. BEUREUCRATIC THEORY
Proposed by Max Weber. According to this theory every company
officers should work like a government officer. Every person of
company should be under law and every work should be legal
1. ADMINISTRATIVE THEORY
Proposed by Henri Fayol. Managers of company should be trained so
productivity will be good

BEHAVIOURER THEORY
Proposed by Alton mayo. According to this theory, you should behave
good with your labor. Make him feel at home
