4. Today we will learn:
 God hates pride and doesn’t tolerate to be put
at level of idol gods.
 God balances the actions of men, and executes
judgement.
 God displays signs and wanders for both, His
people and the heathen.
 When the favour of God is upon you, no one
can take it away

5.  God will use others to put you in the front line
and use you to manifest His power and His
Glory.
 God puts and removes authorities as he wills.
 God uses His finger to write His laws in our
hearts.
 Jesus is in our hearts, He is The Word, The
Word lives in us.

6. Daniel 5:2 (NKJV)
 2 While he tasted the wine, Belshazzar gave
the command to bring the gold and silver
vessels which his father Nebuchadnezzar had
taken from the temple which had been in
Jerusalem, that the king and his lords, his
wives, and his concubines might drink from
them.

been taken from the temple of the house of
God which had been in Jerusalem; and the

were loosened and his knees knocked against
each other.

 7 The king cried aloud to bring in the
astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the
soothsayers. The king spoke, saying to the
wise men of Babylon, “Whoever reads this
writing, and tells me its interpretation, shall
be clothed with purple and have a chain of
gold around his neck; and he shall be the
third ruler in the kingdom.”

Belteshazzar, now let Daniel be called, and he
will give the interpretation.”

 How she knows about Daniel?
 Apparently she has great influence over
king Belshazzar, is she his wife?
 Why Daniel was not know by this king?

King Nebuchadnezzar, Evil-merodach.
 Nebuchadnezzar grand father of Belshazzar.
 She was well know from her wisdom and was
in charge of Public Affairs.

and replaced.
 The first ones because they couldn’t drive

king, “Let your gifts be for yourself, and give
your rewards to another; yet I will read the
writing to the king, and make known to him
the interpretation.
