3. Same meaning
• The words of a sentence can be put in a
different order without losing its meaning.
Ex. On Tuesday James went to the shops.

Change of word order BUT same meaning!
4. Different meaning
• Changing the word order of a sentence can
give it a different meaning.
Ex. You can help me.
Can you help me?

the first sentence into a question and then of
course the punctuation also has to be
changed.

Each pupil has to complete ALL the exercises!!
There are different types of exercises in each ‘corner’.
It doesn’t matter in which corner you start, because you will get 5 min to make the
exercise in that corner and after I’ve given a signal you will move over to the next
corner. This until you have made all the exercises in each corner.
The pupil(s) who will have completed all the exercises without mistakes, or with the
least mistakes, will have won.
