The author took 10 days to bicycle the entire length of the road, carrying supplies like water, food, camping equipment, and bike tools. Along the journey, the author encountered varied landscapes including mountains, flat plains, trees, and flowers, as well as occasional wildlife like cows and termite mounds. Reaching the end of the long and remote road was challenging but rewarding.
