I have completed task 2 : Job readiness article and posts as a Campus Ambassador intern at The Spark Foundation. I am proudly presenting some posts about the topic: Job readiness.

2.  Provide more factual information that helps to
know your true skills, that matches for the
company.
 Be an active participant in several events
conducting by professional organization and
get you noticed by the company.
 Personalize your resume while applying for
different positions.
 Have perseverance and motivation about what
you are doing.
 Update your networking and show your social
attachments.
 Strategize your job search in a selective
manner.
 Try to find a position where you can show
yourself with confidence without being
challenged.
 Before applying, understand about the
mission, successes and challenges of the
company and think about how you can be a
good employee to show your potential in
these cases.

3.  Show your confidence and potential during the
conversation.
 Provide a well-articulated personal narrative that refers
your skills and experiences.
 Ask thoughtful questions that make the employer think
and this helps to show your mindset.

4.  Use best resume template , that will
highlight your experience and eligibility.
 If you are lack of experiences then focus
on your skills and accomplishments.
 Include your hobbies and interest that will
portray your ability to work in a team.
 Mentioning any volunteer experience will
show your commitment and value.
 Be aware that you are selling yourself
through the resume, so it should be
attractive and relevant.
 Keep it focused, clear and understandable.
 It needs to be effective, consistent and brief.
 It should need to demonstrate your abilities.

5. Mental abilities is important in most
cases for a job. It includes;
 Self belief.
 Effective communication.
 Problem solving capacity.
 Positive attitude.
 Easy handling of various
situations.
 Creative mindset.
 Good memory.
 Having good attention. Etc.
Some job requires physical fitness
and there are also common physical
requirements for different jobs. It
includes;
• Potential to complete physically
challenged tasks.
• Ability to handle dangerous
situations.
• Eye and hand coordination.
• Ability to handle proper
equipments. Etc.

6.  Provide more factual information, this is the
most effective way to show your confidence.
 Identify your strengths and weakness, show
them if it is apt for the job, because sometimes
your weakness may become your strength
according to the type of the job.
 Make your resume a comprehensive view
about you, and get a good impression. Your
resume provides a first impression about you.
 Believe yourself and emphasize your skills
that becomes apt for the job, don’t make it boring
by listing the entire history.
 Provide some relevant examples from your
experiences, only if that will increase the chance
of getting hired.
