1. The Self Awareness Course from the College of Mental Health Counseling aims to increase students' self-awareness and mindfulness through exploring personal life, thoughts, emotions, and relationships. 2. Students will learn skills like identifying and expressing emotions healthily, empathetic listening, giving and receiving feedback, solving problems, and distinguishing healthy from unhealthy thinking. 3. The $40 tuition provides access to course materials and assignments which take an estimated 4 weeks to complete. Upon completion, students will receive a Course Certificate of Development in Self-Awareness.
