1. Formative Assessment

process.
• Allows teachers and students to pivot their
strategies mid-stream .
• Provide feedback on how students are
learning.

Formative Assessment can be conducted:
1. Before the Lesson - practice exercises
2. During the Lesson- games, recitations
3. After a Lesson - quizzes

quizzes , concept map, puzzles,
compare and contrast, brainstorming, games,
drawing.
2. Summative Assessment

process or at the end of a unit/quarter.
• Provides a final evaluation of knowledge and
skills.
• Provide students with a grade.

2. Performance Tasks- Demos, projects,
presentations, oral work
3. Quarterly Assessment- Periodical Exam
