There are a multitude of tools and apps in the world designed to help us stay organized. I’ve tried many of them, but I’ve never come close to achieving the organizational zen that I’ve hoped for. That is until now.
In this episode, my guest Aaron Lowe and I talk about Bullet Journaling a pen and paper based framework for capturing and saving information, to do lists, schedules and much more.
There’s no software, no hardware. Just pen and paper. It seems too simple, but Bullet Journaling is flexible and incredibly powerful. Join us to hear our how Aaron and I have implemented Bullet Journaling how it’s helped to improve our productivity and stay organized.
As research into the applications of mindfulness progresses, both in the medical field for problems like pain and chronic illness management, and in the mental health field through therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy continue to increase the empirical support for the efficacy of this approach in a variety of conditions, it behooves us to learn more about this and apply it in our own lives and practices.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

2. The Story of Laporiya
The village of Laporiya, located in the Dudublock of Rajasthan's Jaipurdistrict, made headlines in 2001 as the only village in the districtthat did not require aid in the form of water tankers when all the surrounding district was drought-stricken.
3. What’s so special about Laporiya?
•Is this a miracle, in this drought- prone district, now reeling under drought? •Faith Wisdom Knowledge Application
4. •Once upon a time, long, long ago, a herd of cows went to a pond for a drink of water. While all the cows drank, the Gau Mata(mother cow) stood back. When asked why she wasn't drinking, she replied that the pond was polluted.
•It hadn't been worshipped and honouredbefore being made
available as a watering
hole.
•So how could she drink
•from it?"
( Narrated by LaxmanSingh)
5. Respect for Water Reaps Plenty
•This very story has changed the fortunes of Laporiya by making the people realize that water is precious and must be cherished and worshipped if it is to be enjoyed.
•Part of the first water
of the day that is drawn
from the wells or tanks
is poured as an offering
on the Shiva shrines
built next to each
watering hole.
6. Ritual and regeneration have become part of the lives of the people of Laporiya and strengthen their belief that they can beat the drought and never thirst for water again," Singh said. Laporiyais the only village in the district that still boasts fields of crops and generous pastureland.
7. Respect for Water Reaps Plenty
•Women tap water from a central well in Laporiya (left).
•Since 1991, levels in
the wells have risen
from 60 to just 15
feet below the
surface, indicating
that water
conservation
mechanisms are
succeeding.
8. Respect for Water Reaps Plenty
To this day…..
•The villagers have traveled from drought and thirst to self~ sufficiency under the leadership of Laxman Singh, age 45.
•He has dedicated his entire life to reviving traditional rainwater harvesting systems in a parched and barren land.
•Never forgetting to offer prayers to the life-giving water.
9. Do you still doubt the power of prayer?
Or do you doubt that your
thoughts and feelings truly
impact the world around you?
If so, viewing the work of
Japan's Dr. Masaru Emoto
will erase these doubts
forever.
10. Miraculous Messages from
Water•How water structure reflects our consciousness•Water has a very important message for us. •Water is telling us to take a much deeper look at our selves. •When we do look at our selves through the mirror of water, the message becomes amazingly, crystal, clear.
11. We know that human life is directly connected to the quality of our water, both within and all around us.
14. A crystal is a solid structure withorderly configured atoms and molecules
15. This is not just any crystallized molecule of water however. What has put Dr. Emoto at the forefront of the Hado phenomenon is his proof that thoughts and feelings affect PHYSICAL reality
16. Masaru Emoto : Water Crystals
Hado:The intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter. The smallest unit of energy. Its basis is the energy of human consciousness.
17. “Hado creates words. Words are the vibrations of natureTherefore beautiful words create beautiful natureUgly words create ugly nature. This is the root of the universe.” says Masaru Emoto.
22. Effect of OmThe word ‘Soul’LoveLourdesMother TeresaYou Fool!
23. Before & After Prayers
•Japan's Fujiwara Dam. First, a photo (at left) was taken of a frozen water sample from the lake there. The water's structure is dark and amorphous, with no crystalline form.
•Reverend Kato Hoki —chief priest of the Jyuhouin
Temple —conducted a one-hour prayer practice
beside the dam.
After the prayer session had been done, a new
water sample was taken, frozen, and photographed.
The change, as you can see in the photograph at
the right, was stunning. The ugly blob of the former
sample had become a clear, bright-white, hexagonal
crystal-within-a-crystal.
24. The most beautiful !
•Dr Masaru Emoto found this to be the most beautiful crystal of all. It changed his life for it taught him the impact of love and gratitude can have on the world.
25. The most beautiful !
•With the human body and the planet
being 70 % water, it is so
understandable how words
can impact us.
•Prayers have a cleansing and purifying effect on water and will also produce beautiful crystals.
•He asks if the keynote of our souls would be Love and Gratitude, surely this will enable us to become the most beautiful we can be?
•He suggests that having twice the amount of Gratitude as Love is the balance we should strive for
26. Listening to music
•Effects of music and words on
water
•Most people would agree that music can alter our moods and that words can change our feelings.
•A possible explanation for that may be found in water.
•As these photographs show, the
vibrations contained in music and
words cause a change in the
crystalline structure of water
molecules.
27. •When Elvis Presley's "Heartbreak Hotel" was played to water, the resulting frozen crystals were split in two. When water samples were bombarded with heavy metal music or labeled with negative words, or when negative thoughts and emotions were focused intentionally upon them, the water did not form crystals at all and displayed chaotic, fragmented structures
28. •When water was treated with aromatic floral oils, the water crystals tended to mimic the shape of the original flower. At right, water crystals were exposed to aromatic essence of chamomile (note the inset picture of the flowers themselves)
29. Water ? Intelligence???
Of all the Emoto photographs this one at left is the most amazing! •Japanese folk music was played to the water, and the waterresponded with an image reminiscentof the costumes that the womenwore when they were dancing! •This formation shows not simply a sympathetic vibration, but intelligence. •The water is speaking to us: "Do you not see? We know you. We are here and we understand. We give you greetings."
30. •Dr. Emoto's work provides
factual evidence that the
environment, thoughts, words,
ideas and music, affect the
molecular structure of water---
the very same water that
comprises over 70% of a
mature human body and covers
the same amount of our planet.
The implications of Dr. Emoto's
work
are staggering.
31. How Water Crystal
Photographs are taken.
Through the science of vibration (Hado),
we can photograph the effects
of water’s response to conscious stimuli.
(Music, Words, Photographs)
These characteristics can be
captured using high speed
photography and a microscope,
and are displayed in beautiful
crystal formations.
33. Ponder…..
•Our own bodies at birth are
70 percent water, and the
percentage of water in our
bodies remains high
throughout life.
•The earth's surface is 70 percent water.
•And now we know —we have seen before our eyes the proof —that water is alive, intelligent, and responsive to our every thought and emotion.
•Perhaps, having seen this, we can begin to really understand the awesome power that we possess, through choosing our thoughts and intentions, to heal ourselves and Mother Earth. If only we believe.
