The proposed music video tells the story of a male artist discovering his girlfriend has been cheating on him. He leaves her a note saying "sorry" while she sleeps and goes to a secluded beach. When she awakens to find the note, she realizes what happened and goes to find him. They argue but eventually make up by the end of the video. The video will show the male looking at a picture of them in his wallet, suggesting he may forgive her. It will have locations of a bedroom and beach, and the female will wear a white dress to portray vulnerability and innocence as she tries to reconcile with the male.

has been cheating on him. (whilst laid next to her in bed
awake and she is asleep)
“You can’t play on broken strings” the broken strings of his
heart - don’t play/cheat on me
The male will then leave a note saying ‘sorry’ and then leave
the room
The audience then sees the male on his own in a secluded area
- the beach

4. When the female artists sings her solo she awakes to find the
note and realises what has happened.
She then goes on to find the male and attempt to sort things
out.
At one point we will see the male look in his wallet at a
picture of the 2 of them and almost forgive her. The use of
close ups in this scene will portray this emotion to the
audience.
By the end of the song the last line is spoken together
rather than sang. This suggests they are tired of arguing and
have made up so by the end of the ideo the 2 actors will make
up.

-Pad and pen for the note to the female
-Female actress
-The female will wear a white floaty dress that blows in the
wind- this will be done to show her vulnerability and guilt.
The white connates innocence.
-The locations will be a lonely beach area and the video will
start in a bedroom
-Permission to use a hotel room for opening shots
-Wallet with picture of female actress

I chose this because
- Emotional song
- Can tell a great story
- The original video wasn’t as good as it could have been
- It is also a very relatable story to tell
