The perception of the nursing profession has definitely changed over the years from a profession of solely women to a fantasy to drug addicts. Male nurses used to be ridiculed and seen as less of a man “why aren’t you a doctor?”. Nurses are not seen as professionals in their own rite simply due to ignorance. It’s a vicious cycle, nursing isn’t seen as a desired field of practice so why would someone research the education and training requirements, but without exploring those topics, people don’t fully grasp the intricacy of the field Errasti-Ibarrondo, B., Arantzamendi-Solabarrieta, M., & Canga-Armayor, A. (2012). In sitcoms or TV shows they are portrayed as expendable and objects of sexual interest for Doctors. I’ve seen films in which nurses are portrayed as drug addicts or lower middle class, certainly they aren’t seen as well off. Social media had meme’s of nurses showing them as everything from tired people who drink wine all the time to hardworking. These meme’s of course portray nurses as mostly female and funnily enough do not address the deep level of education we need to attain. I think that historical perception has an incredible influence on present day perception of nursing. Which I find funny in a world moving forward, they hold on to the bad or wrong points in history. Since COVID there have been a lot of campaigns to encourage the public to see healthcare workers and nurses and emts specifically as heroes. I think that its has worked a little, but old perception is hard to break from. The nursing field is a highly specialized field in which the individuals undergo intensive education and training, have a unique skillset, address specific and unique patient needs and have the autonomy and competency to provide care. I think that if places like social media, TV and film were to all jump on board to accurately portray nurses it would make a word of difference, but accuracy doesn’t sell does it. In addition, it has been used to relay messages about careers, personal information, highlights, negatives, and important news of people or groups, such as nurses. In saying that, LinkedIn has the power of helping or hurting your reputation as a nurse. People in groups can comment and discuss your performance and if it is negative, such as being put on suspension for coming to work under the influence, your future will be in jeopardy, due to exposure of this information.
The media can negatively influence the public’s perspective of nursing by what is exposes. For example, many people have heard of the show Grey’s Anatomy. On this show, there is a cast of good looking nurses and doctors, that have romantic relationships with one another, and even perform sexual acts in the hospital setting. It is full of drama and non-realistic expectations and scenarios nurses face. So, when many people around the world gather to watch this show, they assume that this drama is what nursing entails. On the contrary, there are guidelines to dating and especially, performing sexual acts on the job at the job location. Another example, would be how nurses are still viewed as sexy icons. During Halloween, there are multiple sexy costumes of nurses that portray nursing idealizations of the past. Nursing has come so far, yet, there are some who will visualize the ‘sexiness’ of nursing due to the images they have been exposed to. A last example, of how media can affect nursing reputation poorly, is the news media. People all over the world turn on the television to stay informed on what is happening around the world. Recently, there has been the subject if the Zika Virus. Many news stations and radio stations have discussed the disease, ways to minimize acquiring the virus and so on. I listened to a radio station that was talking about mothers moving away from Miami, in fear of becoming pregnant or being pregnant and giving birth to a child with defects, due to the disease. All the show did was scare me and make me want to flee Miami! At the end of the day media affects society and their perspectives.
Other than social media, there are medical and nursing journals that educate people on nursing, such as the American Nursing Journal. In addition, there are newspapers and newsletters, that can be found in the community or hospitals to highlight achievements or stories that have positive.

Three essential features about the American president:
The president personifies America.
More than any individual, presidents tell us who we are, and what we are becoming.
The president injects new ideas into American politics.
Our discussion of Congress emphasized the institution, the rules of the game; the presidency puts more focus on individuals and ideas.
The president has enormous powers.
That authority raises a fundamental question: Is the president too powerful for a democratic republic? Or is the office too weak to do what Americans demand of it?

The President’s Powers
Article 2 of the Constitution defines the presidency:
Says very little about who the president is and what he/she does
The president has three kinds of powers:
expressed in the Constitution
delegated by Congress
inherent in the role of chief executive
In theory, Congress passes laws and the president executes them.
In reality, presidents constantly negotiate the limits of their power—which often expand during crises.

Expressed powers: Powers the Constitution explicitly grants to the president.
Delegated powers: Powers that Congress passes on to the president.
Inherent powers: Powers assumed by presidents, often during a crisis, on the basis of the constitutional phrase, “The executive power shall be vested in the president.”
Executive privilege: Power claimed by the president to resist requests for authority by Congress, the courts, or the public. Not mentioned in the Constitution but based on the separation of powers.
Executive agreements: an international agreement made by the president that does not require the approval of the Senate.

Congratulations. Your project has been staffed and you are about to meet with the team for the first time. Initial impressions are important and you’ll need visuals for your presentation. Create a slide show (in PowerPoint or similar software) in which you address the following, in this order:
Goals: What the project hopes to accomplish.
Critical Success Factors: Identify at least four different stakeholders; for each, list at least two things that the stakeholder requires in order to deem the project successful.

Resources: For in-house development, what people and skills are required and what development life cycle do you recommend? Otherwise, identify three candidate organizations that can deliver the system.
System functions: In a table format, summarize the types of users for the system; the business reason(s) each would use the system; the ways that the system supports each of these needs and how this support differs from the current system.
Connectivity: Provide a diagram that shows how the system will connect to the other information systems and what data flows among them.
Security: List the most serious cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities of the new system. Suggest strategies to address them.
Mobility: Identify the system’s capabilities for mobile use. Include a title and summary slide.

How to Manage Reception Report in Odoo 17

Because multiple clients may inquire about the same product at the same time, after purchasing those products, customers must be assigned to them. Odoo has a tool called Reception Report that can be used to complete this assignment. This activism has led to the cessation of student encampments but also highlighted the substantial sacrifices made by students, including academic disruptions and personal risks. The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.

- 1. The perception of the nursing profession has definitely changed over the years from a profession of solely women to a fantasy to drug addicts. Male nurses used to be ridiculed and seen as less of a man “why aren’t you a doctor?”. Nurses are not seen as professionals in their own rite simply due to ignorance. It’s a vicious cycle, nursing isn’t seen as a desired field of practice so why would someone research the education and training requirements, but without exploring those topics, people don’t fully grasp the intricacy of the field Errasti-Ibarrondo, B., Arantzamendi-Solabarrieta, M., & Canga-Armayor, A. (2012). In sitcoms or TV shows they are portrayed as expendable and objects of sexual interest for Doctors. I’ve seen films in which nurses are portrayed as drug addicts or lower middle class, certainly they aren’t seen as well off. Social media had meme’s of nurses showing them as everything from tired people who drink wine all the time to hardworking. These meme’s of course portray nurses as mostly female and funnily enough do not address the deep level of education we need to attain. I think that historical perception has an incredible influence on present day perception of nursing. Which I find funny in a world moving forward, they hold on to the bad or wrong points in history. Since COVID there have been a lot of campaigns to encourage the public to see healthcare workers and nurses and emts specifically as heroes. I think that its has worked a little, but old perception is hard to break from. The nursing field is a highly specialized field in which the individuals undergo intensive education and training, have a unique skillset, address specific and unique patient needs and have the autonomy and competency to provide care. I think that
