The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has every element getting permeated or

Requirements in terms of the project management features that every contractor
should adhere to. One thing should be noted that DHS Firstsource III Federal Contract

Project Management Reporting
Feature before applying for DHS
FirstSource III Contracts
Let us now have a look at the project management reporting features which you should be
aware of before going for any DHS Firstsource III US Government Contracts:
Production and Business Capability Requirements
Creation and conveyance of at any rate the accompanying volume every month:
(5,000) standard laptop computers; five hundred (500) power user laptops; and
(500) tablets with the related software, services, and peripherals.
Financial capacity, data systems, fulfillment capacity, management staffing and
infrastructure, and more at a minimum for the production and delivery volumes.
The Contractors and their separate task groups, including significant subcontractors,
OEMs, and providers, are fit for meeting the accompanying creation and business

DHS Imaging Requirements
The Contractor will give DHS image establishment services on assigned equipment
as determined in individual Delivery Orders. The Contractor's DHS image
establishment process will include satisfactory burn-in-time to guarantee picture
integrity. The Contractor will keep an electronic library of all DHS provided pictures,
accessible by DHS upon demand.
The Contractor will consider the DHS image data as proprietary data and will protect
this information as per appropriate Government guidelines. The Contractor will, upon
grant, give an expected expense for image installation services to the Government.
OEM Management Requirements
The key Contractors will be answerable for the management of their OEMs, suppliers,
and subcontractors during the term of the agreement. Properties of such obligation are
relied upon to include the assessment, choice, coordination, and management of the
OEMs, suppliers, and subcontractors who give the products offered to DHS.
Technology Refreshment Requirements
The Contractors will be answerable for presenting new equipment (both software and
hardware) to the DHS community when it is commercially available from the OEM(s).
Warranty
The Contractors would provide standard commercial warranties for all products under
this contract unless otherwise specified in the individual Delivery Order solicitations.
Product warranties will incorporate a product return policy. If a product return policy is
excluded with the standard commercial warranty for the item being procured, the
Contractor will inform the Delivery Order Contracting Officer (DOCO), in writing, that the
standard commercial warranty for the item does exclude a return policy, and/or identify
what return policy it might choose for offer. Any OEM warranties related to items
conveyed under this agreement will be available straightforwardly to DHS. Extended
Warranties might be needed by DHS as indicated in individual Delivery Orders.
Order Input and Processing Requirements
The Government plans to give Delivery Orders and conceivably grow its utilization of
different types of eCommerce instruments, including reverse auctions and the DHS
Marketplace (www.DHSMarketplace.com) to contend and/or award individual Orders
against the FirstSource III contracts. The Contractor shall possess the capacity to direct
business through these apparatuses.
Reporting Requirements
DHS requires reporting and information, at the IDIQ contract level, as point by point
underneath – except if in any case noticed, the Contractor will give all IDIQ contract-
level reports to the FirstSource III COR through email. DHS holds non-selective,
completely paid rights to hold, use, circulate, transfer, and alter this information for its
own utilization. The rights of DHS are endless in terms of duration and global in terms
of scope. The Contractor will provide DHS with electronic copies of all such information
upon its solicitation if the information isn't generally accessible in the total to DHS
as per usual.
Final Review/Acceptance of Work Products
Although the Contractor will be liable for creating work products, suggestions, and so
on, the Contractor is exhorted that final determination for all work products,
recommendations, and so forth is held for Government authorities. Any records,
briefings, or oral suggestions provided to Government staff are just recommendations,
and the choice to acknowledge, reject, or adjust them is the duty and authority of the
cognizant Government Official.

The Contractor will give current and precise information concerning the portrayal of
purchases, the amounts awarded and the components making the awards. The report
will be submitted every month incorporating the underneath data:
The report is expected by the 15th schedule day of every month with the activity of the
earlier month. (For instance: The report due February 15th should cover the awards for
the period January 1st through January 31st. On the off chance that the 15th schedule
day falls on an end of the week or occasion, the report is expected the accompanying
business day.) If there is no activity during the reporting time frame, a "no
activity" report will be submitted. The report will be submitted through email to the
IDIQ CO and IDIQ COR through the FirstSource III letter drop. The subject of the email
will be explained with - Monthly Spend Management Report (Month/Year) (Contract No.).

The Contractor will give a problem resolution report concerning the status and/or
resolution of conveyance and/or performance issue, item deficiency, warranty repair
service, etc. every month with the accompanying data. The report is due since non-
routine issues are recognized.
C. Information Technology Value-Added Resellers
Services Report (ITVAR):
The Contractor will present a current and precise Information Technology Value Added
Reseller (ITVAR) report to the IDIQ CO and IDIQ COR on a quarterly premise due no later
than the 15th of the month following the quarter being accounted for.VAR services
comprise of however are not restricted to, configuration consulting and design,
frameworks integration, installation of PC equipment, customization of software or
hardware, training, hardware and software upkeep service, and end-user support. This
quarterly report will incorporate an absolute quarterly award amount, the complete cost
of equipment and software for the quarter, and the all-out expense of VAR services for
the quarter.
D. EPEAT Report
The Contractor will give the EPEAT report on a quarterly premise. Every quarterly report
will evaluate the quantity of EPEAT enrolled and non-EPEAT enlisted products bought or
leased under this agreement for the predetermined quarter. The data should be
accounted for in the format structure provided as Attachment X, and submitted to the
FirstSource III IDIQ CO and COR and cc to the DHS Environmental Program Manager at
XXXXXXX@dhs.gov, no later than the 15th of the month following the quarter being
accounted for on. On the off chance that non-EPEAT enrolled products are sold and
reported, a short explanation of procurement background or justification will be included
in the report.
Customer Support and Technical Assistance
Considerations
