P R O B L E M S
THEORETICAL FRAME
I am manager of Production Department at INFO MOBILE ASSEMBLING PLANT and my
Production Department (PD) make thousands of mobile on daily basis which gives
ERP/PMC target thousands of mobile to PD on daily basis. But unfortunately we
suffering a big problem and problem is that approximately 500 mobiles rejected from
Quality Checker (QC) on daily basis because my PD workers damage these Mobiles so
this problem we are facing and we want to solve the problem so that we able to
achieve our daily target without any damages.
Objective:
My objective is to overcome this problem and achieve the target plan.
PROBLEM WHICH WE ARE FACE
• These are some Damage Mobile which you can see on this slide
OBSERVATION
I made a team for observe our problem that What is actual
problem & Why? Due to which my department mobiles are
damage and then my team share observation-information with
me and I noticed in report that my PD problem is coming from
applying manual screw on the mobiles then I made a strategy
for the solve problem in which I called the meeting with my
colleagues and co-worker and discuss about the our strategy
that what option will be better for us after the meeting we
decide that these information I will share our upper
management so that they choice option from them.
ALTERNATIVE
• Solve the problem by Hiring an Experienced
Worker.
• Solve the problem by buying Automatic
Machines.
MY DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVE
• Achieve the PD target.
• Make the mobiles with Good Quality or
Customer’s & Consumer’s Demand.
• Stop the Plant loss and make profitable for the
owner.
FOCUS GROUP
So I share observation-information to Top
Management and we sat together and share my
strategy for solve our PD problem that how will we
solve this problem what will better for us through the
presentation.
• Experienced Workers
• Buy Automatic Machines
So Top Management decide that we will ask question
to our Worker and we will use Questionnaires
method to ask them.

ANALYZE THE INFORMATION
When my team collected the information from
our worker’s, then we analyzed the information
so we found, that our line leader has give proper
training to PD worker’s. But that mobiles are
breaking to worker by applying fixing more force
screw on the mobiles and few mobiles are
breaking to worker by mistake and at the same
time and secondly we found that my worker’s
has not any previous experience or Idea about
that how can apply screw on mobiles, Due to
which my Department worker’s were damaging
approximated 500 Mobiles on Daily Base, And
the company is losing money or profit.
PRESENT THE FINDING
After the analyze information So we decide that we will
hire few experience worker and then we will take trail
from Experience worker.
EXPERIMENT OF EXPERIENCE WORKER
When we taken trial from experience worker testing service company then
we analyzed that experience worker cost will more than un- experience
worker and then company will spend more money for the Experience
Worker but experience workers will do work manually for this reason
would be a waste time for achieve the target as well as if company will
increase production so we will not get much difference from experience
worker and un- experience worker such as If In the future, company
management increase the production department target, and then PD
Experience Workers will do work manually so then we cannot achieve the
target, why? because experience worker do work manually. And in this
decision, we cannot stop breaking mobiles problem permanently. That's
why if we take this decision so the company would be again lose.
(IT’S MEAN THAT OUR FIRST OPTION HAS
BEEN FAILED)
EXPERIMENT OF AUTOMATIC SCREW MACHINE
Now, we have taken trial of Automatic machine and we got positive result without any mobiles
damage. Due to which we have achieved the PD target at the time.

After the experiment of Automatic screw machine
when we achieved success so we called the
meeting with Top Management and we share
result with Top Management. So Top management
approved this option but the Top Management
decide that we make hourly working plans for PE
and QC.
• Hourly Check to worker, Quality Checker (QC)
• Maintain the Machine performance and screw
measurement on software, Process Engineer
(PE)

THEORETICAL FRAME I am manager of Production Department at INFO MOBILE ASSEMBLING PLANT and my Production Department (PD) make thousands of mobile on daily basis which gives ERP/PMC target thousands of mobile to PD on daily basis. But unfortunately we suffering a big problem and problem is that approximately 500 mobiles rejected from Quality Checker (QC) on daily basis because my PD workers damage these Mobiles so this problem we are facing and we want to solve the problem so that we able to achieve our daily target without any damages. Objective: My objective is to overcome this problem and achieve the target plan.

  • 6. OBSERVATION I made a team for observe our problem that What is actual problem & Why? Due to which my department mobiles are damage and then my team share observation-information with me and I noticed in report that my PD problem is coming from applying manual screw on the mobiles then I made a strategy for the solve problem in which I called the meeting with my colleagues and co-worker and discuss about the our strategy that what option will be better for us after the meeting we decide that these information I will share our upper management so that they choice option from them.
  • 7. ALTERNATIVE • Solve the problem by Hiring an Experienced Worker. • Solve the problem by buying Automatic Machines. MY DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVE • Achieve the PD target. • Make the mobiles with Good Quality or Customer’s & Consumer’s Demand. • Stop the Plant loss and make profitable for the owner.

FOCUS GROUP So I share observation-information to Top Management and we sat together and share my strategy for solve our PD problem that how will we solve this problem what will better for us through the presentation. • Experienced Workers • Buy Automatic Machines So Top Management decide that we will ask question to our Worker and we will use Questionnaires method to ask them.

  • 17. ANALYZE THE INFORMATION When my team collected the information from our worker’s, then we analyzed the information so we found, that our line leader has give proper training to PD worker’s. But that mobiles are breaking to worker by applying fixing more force screw on the mobiles and few mobiles are breaking to worker by mistake and at the same time and secondly we found that my worker’s has not any previous experience or Idea about that how can apply screw on mobiles, Due to which my Department worker’s were damaging approximated 500 Mobiles on Daily Base, And the company is losing money or profit.
  • 18. PRESENT THE FINDING After the analyze information So we decide that we will hire few experience worker and then we will take trail from Experience worker.
  • 19. EXPERIMENT OF EXPERIENCE WORKER When we taken trial from experience worker testing service company then we analyzed that experience worker cost will more than un- experience worker and then company will spend more money for the Experience Worker but experience workers will do work manually for this reason would be a waste time for achieve the target as well as if company will increase production so we will not get much difference from experience worker and un- experience worker such as If In the future, company management increase the production department target, and then PD Experience Workers will do work manually so then we cannot achieve the target, why? because experience worker do work manually. And in this decision, we cannot stop breaking mobiles problem permanently. That's why if we take this decision so the company would be again lose. (IT’S MEAN THAT OUR FIRST OPTION HAS BEEN FAILED)
  • 20. EXPERIMENT OF AUTOMATIC SCREW MACHINE Now, we have taken trial of Automatic machine and we got positive result without any mobiles damage. Due to which we have achieved the PD target at the time. EXPERIMENT VIDEO
  • 21. FINAL DECISION After the experiment of Automatic screw machine when we achieved success so we called the meeting with Top Management and we share result with Top Management. So Top management approved this option but the Top Management decide that we make hourly working plans for PE and QC. • Hourly Check to worker, Quality Checker (QC) • Maintain the Machine performance and screw measurement on software, Process Engineer (PE)
