Concept and Design We engineered, produced, kit packed and shipped over 2,900 unique kits to bottlers all over the country slated for Kroger, SuperValu, Biggs and Jewel Supermarkets. Items were actually being added as we were kit packing!

6. Volume Purchasing and Plastic Distribution We are a plastic distributor World of Plastics is our Plastic Distribution and Fabrication Division. By becoming a distributor, we have omitted the middle person and we pass along this time and cost savings to you. We are experts. 8. Manufacturing Flexibility Print Production: our horsepower and diversity of print methods allows us greater flexibility to take on any size job. We have a total of 37 printing presses. Screen Printing: 4 and 5 color inline presses and banner presses. Offset & Large Format UV Offset: conventional, 5 and 6 color UV on paper and plastics up to 44” x 64”. Large & Small Format Digital: flatbed, inkjet- UV and solvent, print on demand. Continuous Tone Photo Imaging and Dye Sublimation. All print methods are carefully calibrated for consistent color matching. Our flexibility allows us to double and triple time your printing by spreading the job among presses. You can travel to one source for your press checks.

9. Manufacturing Flexibility Custom Plastic Fabrication- no need to go elsewhere. Our Plastic Fabrication Division can design, develop and produce any size display, holder or doohickey from a single prototype to full production run. We can bend, form, glue, polish, bevel, drill, shear, rout, die cut, assemble, package and sometimes even twist and shout! A major discount store chain needed a solution to their high theft items- FAST! We designed and produced 20 different tear pad holders that held a unique voucher that the consumer would take to the counter to receive the item. We produced 8,400 kits: that’s 171,000 custom gondola displays.

10. Manufacturing Flexibility In-house finishing Bindery, digital die cutting, sewing and laminating all done in house. We have a library of custom dies on hand for all sorts of danglers, wobblers, aisle violators, end caps, ballot boxes, you name it. We can eliminate the time needed to get a die made in many cases. In-house kitting Kitting, including hardware resources means we can supply these in your kits, ready to go when it hits the store. Custom box design so your kits arrive safely.

Overs can be held at these locations for faster response.

With over 150 nationwide Sales Reps ordering this stuff, their challenge was how to oversee spending, track and manage who got what, and apply the 300 items that fall into 75 categories into the proper cost center. (sounds painful) >KDM Solution: With INTELLiTRAK, we were able to customize the ordering process for each Rep- according to their specific profile.
