independent organizational development consultant
with the goal of becoming a more profitable business.
The consultant should be a proficient multitasker,
critical thinker, and clear communicator.
 Their job begins with an organizational assessment,
which includes general observations, research, and
interviews with employees as a means of discovering
the company's corporate culture.
The organizational development consultant will then
recommend any necessary changes in management or
personnel as well as suggesting responsibilities for
particular employees. Whether the underlying
organizational problem is employee-driven or a result
of the business model, the consultant will develop an
appropriate solution and work toward implementing
team-building skills.

The Job of an Organizational Consultant
