A young man goes for a final job interview with the director of a big company. The director notices the man had excellent academics but no scholarships. He asks if his father paid for school, but the man says his father passed away and his mother worked as a clothes cleaner to pay for school. The director has him clean his mother's hands and do the remaining clothes. That night, the man realizes how difficult his mother's job was and the sacrifices she made. The next day, he tells the director he now understands appreciation and wants to help his family. Impressed, the director hires him for understanding others' struggles and not just pursuing money.
