6. THE GREAT
COMMANDMENTS

7. “Teacher, which is the most
important commandment in the
law of Moses?” Jesus replied,
“‘You must love the LORD your
God with all your heart, all your
soul, and all your mind.’

8. This is the first and greatest
commandment. A second is
equally important: ‘Love your
neighbor as yourself.’

9. The entire law and all
the demands of the prophets
are based on these two
commandments.”

disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name
of the Father and the Son
and the Holy Spirit.

is fellowship

22. MEMBERSHIP

we incorporate
God’s children

23. To “teach these new
disciples to obey”
is discipleship

24. MATURITY
This is how we
educate God’s people

27. THIS IS WHAT A
PURPOSE DRIVEN
CHURCH LOOKS LIKE

28. All the believers devoted
themselves to the apostles’
teaching, and to fellowship, and
to sharing in meals (including the
Lord’s Supper) and to prayer.

29. A deep sense of awe came
over them all, and the apostles
performed many miraculous
signs and wonders. And all the
believers met together in one
place and shared everything
they had.

30. They sold their property and
possessions and shared the
money with those in need.
They worshiped together
at the Temple each day,

31. met in homes for the Lord’s
Supper, and shared their meals
with great joy and generosity —
all the while praising God and
enjoying the goodwill of all
the people.

32. And each day the Lord added
to their fellowship those
who were being saved.
