• Step 2: The Challenge (15 minutes)
• Each group must complete a task, such as:
• Solving a puzzle
• Creating a short skit about teamwork
• Designing a “perfect group” poster
• Building the tallest structure using paper only
• Rules:
• Everyone must participate.
• No one person may dominate the discussion.
• Decisions must be made as a group.
• Step 3: Observation Phase (During Task)
• Ask students to be mindful of:
• Who takes leadership?
• How decisions are made
• How conflicts (if any) are handled
• Who encourages or withdraws
• (Teacher may observe and take notes.)
• Step 4: Reflection and Processing (10–15 minutes)
• Guide Questions:
• What roles naturally emerged in your group?
• How did communication affect your success?
• What challenges did your group face?
• How were disagreements resolved?
• What would you change to improve group performance?
• Step 5: Application (5 minutes)
