The Graf and Grainger Hall kitchens are often used for cooking and baking. However, there is a lack of
inadequate utensils and cookware that is not supplied in the kitchens. It is imperative for students to have the
appropriate materials in order to prepare their meals.
Therefore, let it be proposed:
That SA Senate appropriate $633.54, Grainger Hall appropriate $100.00, and Graf Hall appropriate $100.00—
which includes tax—for the purchase of utensils, cookware, and bake ware to be bought from Amazon.com. The
grand total of this purchase is $833.54.

In order to keep track of all the equipment and utensils, two 46.6-quart storage bins will be purchased to contain
all cookware and bake ware equipment, and two 6-quart storage bins will be bought to store the utensils.
Students who wish to use the cookware sets will need to check them out with their ID cards and sign in on a sign
in sheet at the their residence hall’s front desk. In order to sign out, it is the students’ responsibility to clean what
they’ve used and return it to the front desk of their dorm. When cookware and utensils are not in use, the bins
will be stored at the front desk.
