- WhyIts about ideas – we need to differentiate ourselves from our competition. Most SIs are good at executing a given project. We collaborate upfront with our clients in a consultative role to help develop a vision for the project. Upon project completion, we continue to support them through the lifecycle of the systems – therefore – we are always engaged with them. How Talk about creativity and divergent brainstorming and coming up with creative ideas – and then converging them into viable solutions. WhatWe like to say – “change the equation – affect the result”. Manufacturing automation can be represented by an equation with many variables. Through structured methodologies we are able to arrive at the optimal equation to obtain the desired outcome.
- Out of this comes trust. This lead to the customer asking us to do stuff that was not exactly in our scope of work.The E-Merge personality and the E-Merge value propositions constitute our “Culture”.Loop back to the WHY and HOW.
