This document appears to be an ethnographic study conducted by a student named Nick Perez on the downsides of being nice at work. It includes observations of various employees at a company, including Rick the vice president who is well-liked despite being very nice, Paul who argues with a coworker, and Karen who is aggressive but inspires others. It also notes how the boss Mr. Tadlo has good relationships with employees from joking around together. Photos were taken of various offices and decorations that inspire the employees. The study seems to conclude that being nice can create good workplace relationships.
