The Task Force created districts to unite the country of Independent Fairfield and distribute resources evenly. They chose Newtown as the capital because it was the largest town and centrally located. The document divides the country into 4 districts - West, Central, North, and East - comprised of various towns. Leaders for each town and district will be elected every 6 years to maintain order and notify the president of major issues. District representatives will work with the president to resolve conflicts between two or more districts.

Early detection and diagnosis have been identified as one of the ways to achieve a reduction in the percentage of visual impairment and blindness caused by diabetic retinopathy with emphasis on regular screening for detection and monitoring of this disease.
The work focuses on developing a fundus image analysis system that extracts the fundal features of the retina such as optic disk, macula (i.e., fovea) and exudates lesions (hard and soft exudates), which are the fundamental steps in an automated analyzing system to display and diagnosis diabetic retinopathy.

- 1. BY MICHAEL HUEGLIN AND ZACH ZEYHER The Districts of Independent Fairfield
- 2. WHY? The Task Force decided to create districts because we wanted Independent Fairfield to be a more unified country, and we wanted to spread the wealth among the different towns.
- 3. The Capital The circle represents the new capital of Independent Fairfield. We did this because we didn’t want the capital to be near the borders of our country, and we thought Newtown was significantly bigger than any other town.
- 4. The Districts The towns of the West District will be Greenwich, Stam ford, New Canaan, Darien, Norwalk, and Westport. The towns of the Central District will be Ridgefield, Red ding, Wilton, W eston, Easton, a nd Fairfield. The towns of the North District will be Sherman, New Fairfield, Danbury, Br ookfield, Bethel, and Newtown. The towns of the East District will be Monroe, Shelton, Tr umbull, Bridgeport, and Stratford.
- 5. Leadership Their will be an elected leader of each town and district Town leaders, or mayors, and district representatives will all be elected every 6 years, and no leader will be re-elected. The duties of the mayors and district representatives are to maintain order within their town or district, and to also notify the president of any problems that are too big to handle as a district. If two or more districts are in conflict, the district representatives will meet with the president to negotiate a solution to the problem.
