Courtney, Dane, Zack, Marcie, and Julie all age up into teenagers and apply for college scholarships based on their predestined hobbies of nature, fitness, music and dance, tinkering, and fitness respectively. They leave home to attend college, following in the footsteps of their older siblings Pluto and Courtney. Remmy and Luna both pass away, leaving Joanne and Justin as the only remaining founders.

1. Welcome back to the Davis legacy. This chapter took a little longer than I had planned to get out,
but nevertheless it's out and I hope you enjoy it!

2. When I left off the last chapter, Joanne had given birth to twin boys, Dane and Zack. Remmy
here is a wonderful Grandfather and loves his new grandbabies.

3. Little Miss Courtney, Joanne's oldest daughter, doesn't seem to thrilled with the fact that she
didn't get an A+ on her first day at school.

4. So her father, Justin, teaches her how to study so that she will do better on her homework and
be able to get that A+ in no time.

5. Even though Pluto is only Courtney's half brother, she still enjoys playing with him whenever she
isn't doing her homework or skilling. The two have a great bond and get along very well.

6. Joanne has been working hard and soon reaches her lifetime want of becoming the City
Planner.

7. The twin's baby days went by quickly and soon they were being brought up to the cake. First up
was the oldest, Dane, brough up by Joanne.

8. Followed by the younger twin Zack, who was brought up by Justin.

9. Dane grew into a super adorable toddler, he looks quite a bit like his mother I think.

10. Zack also grew up very cute but I think he looks like both his Mom and Dad.

11. Toddler skilling all around, Justin taught Pluto his first word, bottle. Remmy taught Zack his first
word, Grandpa...

I think it's cute that the twin's first words were Grandma and Grandpa.

13. I can't believe it's time for Pluto to become a child already! His toddler years really did fly right
by.

14. He aged nicely and I think he really grew into his cheeks. He's actually quite the cutie.

15. No reason for this picture I just thought it was adorable!

16. Before long Dane and Zack's birthday had arrived and they were going to become children!

17. Dane grew up nicely, but I think he looks a lot like is father.

18. And Zack here seems to be taking more after his mother.

19. Even though Courtney is the only girl child, she has no problem keeping up with her younger
brothers. She even plays catch with them in the family's front yard on the weekends.

20. I can't believe that the oldest child in the family is going to be a teen!

21. Courtney aged nicely and rolled fortune just like her mother did many years ago. She has a
lifetime want of owning five top level business, which is definitely not going to happen.

22. Since she did know her predestined hobby she called college and applied for scholarships and
then called a taxi to come pick her up and take her off to college were she would wait for her
younger sibblings.
Her predestined hobby is nature.

23. The taxi soon arrived at their home and Courtney was heading off to her new life as a young
adult.

24. I decided that I really wanted to have a baby with the Davis green eyes, so I had Joanne and
Justin try for another baby. I know it's possible because four children born to the spares had
them.

25. As you can see I've installed apartment life now. Luna had the want to hire a butler so I decided
to go ahead and indulge her.

26. During the first trimester of her pregnancy, Joanne didn't have any morning sickness so she just
sat in the living room playing games with her father.

27. Shortly after I took that picture actually, Joanne popped into her second trimester by recieving
her first baby bump.

28. I just realized I hadn't gotten a picture of the boys hugging yet, so here you go. You can see how
much they look alike but yet how different they look at the same time.

29. While playing don't wake the llama with her parents and husband, Joanne gets her second
bump and enters the third and final trimester of her pregnancy.

30. As we see here, Pao Mellon apparently didn't know that cow plants eat you if you try to take
their cake, because well, he tried to take the cake and got eaten.

31. I really like the new dance kiss. I think it's super cute.

32. Pluto's birthday arrived really quickly and soon he was making a wish before aging into a
teenager.

33. He definitely grew into his looks. He rolled popularity with the lifetime want to become a celebrity
chef, not that it really matters since he's not eligible for heir.

34. Since he wasn't eligible for heir, and because he knew his predestined hobby, Pluto applied for
scholarships and called a taxi to join Courtney on the blank lot and wait for the rest of his
sibblings, even though he'll just be dropping out after the heirpoll because I am going to include
him in the spares update.
His predestined hobby is nature.

35. He soon was leaving the household and joining his half-sister at college.

36. Luna decided that she also wanted her eyes to show up again, and she wouldn't live to see
Joanne go through another pregnancy after this so she served Joanne some cheesecake to up
the chances by making Joanne have twins.

37. Soon Joanne was going into labor! Lets hope we get a baby with the Davis eyes!
Remember, these babies are going to be named after the movie Jawbreaker.

38. First born is baby girl named Marcie, who has pale skin, blonde hair, and light blue eyes.
In Jawbreaker, Marcie Fox was Courtney Shayne's sidekick and another of the most popular
girls at school.

39. Second born, is a baby girl named Julie with pale skin, blonde hair, and the DAVIS EYES! I'm
very excited!
In Jawbreaker, Julie Freeman is another one of the popular girls, but she's the nice goodgirl, and
best friend of Elizabeth Purr, the best friend that Courtney, Julie, and Marcie accidently kill by
kidnapping her on her seventeenth birthday and gagging her with a jawbreaker which suffocates
her.

40. Joanne loves her two new babies, but she definitely favors Julie.

41. Another cute interaction from apartment life.

42. Time flies by and soon we have a quadruple birthday. First up we have Dane...

43. ...followed by Zack.

44. Dane grows up fantastically and rolls family with the lifetime want to graduate three children from
college.

45. Since he knows his predestined hobby he applies for scholarships.
Dane's predestined hobby is fitness.

46. Soon a cab arrives to take him off to college to join Pluto and Courtney.

47. Zack also ages nicely and rolls pleasure with the lifetime want to have fifty dream dates. Which
is not happening.

48. Zack also calls and applies for scholarships and calls a cab to come pick him up, I however
didn't seem to get a picture of him in the cab.
Zack's predestined hobby is music and dance.

49. Next in the birthday line up is Marcie...

50. ...followed by Julie.

51. Marcie grew up very cute, I think she's definitely cuter than Courtney was.

53. Okay, so this has to be one of the cutest interactions that came with apartment life.

54. Luna doesn't have very much time left to live so I let her spend her last days doing what she
loves most: tending to her orchard trees.

55. I definitely was right about her not having much time, she died the next morning after tending to
another one of her orchard trees.
RIP Luna, I'll definitely miss you. You were a great founder even though you gave me a bunch of
clones.

56. Despite his mother-in-laws recent death, he still managed to teach Marcie her toddler skills.

61. After a game of peek-a-boo Joanne managed to teach Julie her toddler skills.

62. The girls birthday arrived very quickly and soon Justin was bringing Marcie up to the cake...

64. Marcie is gorgeous! Even though she doesn't have the eyes, I still wouldn't mind her as a
heiress.

65. But Julie has the eyes and is definitely just as cute.

66. Since Luna died when she was a toddler Julie never really got to meet her grandmother but she
loves tending to her grandmother's orchard trees.

67. I decided to move the family into a new home. It's just a one story home at the moment, but I'll
build onto it if and when I need to. It has three bedrooms afterall.

68. Like Courtney, Marcie wasn't very thrilled that she didn't get an A+ at her first day of school.

69. But she brought a friend home from school that day and spent most of her afternoon on the back
porch with him playing cops and robbers.

70. Meanwhile, Remmy teaches Julie how to study. He also teaches Marcie later on in the evening.

71. Julie's predestined hobby is fitness, so she loves to jump rope in her front yard when ever she
doesn't have any homework.

72. I'm really glad that I got a good variation of genetics this generation!

73. This is just in here because I had never seen a child sim throw up before. I guess all the
spinning from Joanne spinning her around really got to Julie.

74. Upon arriving home from work, this is how Justin greeted his wife.

75. About a week after his beloved Luna died, Remmy would be joining his wife in Sim Heaven.

76. His grave was placed out back next to his wife's whose was underneath one of her orchard
trees.

77. Even though it had only been ten minutes since Remmy died, it was Justin and Joanne's
birthday, so they at least got to be excited about something after his death.

78. This is the first thing Joanne did upon recieving her make over, she must like it.

79. I think they aged very gracefully and beautifully, don't you agree?

80. Only a few days later Marcie and Julie were celebrating their birthday and becoming teenagers.

81. Marcie aged fantastically and rolled popularity with the lifetime want to become captain hero.

82. She immediately applied for scholarships and caled a taxi.

83. And soon she left to join her older sibblings in college.
