Who Is The Bride of Christ?
People think marriage between man and woman is only on earth,
and it can’t possibly be in Heaven. But the Lord Jesus said “Your
will be done on earth as it is in Heaven,” which means every
natural thing, as marriage, on earth came from Heaven. King
Solomon talks about the greatest love story of heavenly Lovers,
and Their mission on earth. The Books of Prophets said, Lord
Jesus who was the beginning of God's creation was created to have
a wife, as Adam who was created to have a helper, Eve. Her
existence, however, in Heaven was not revealed to any natural man
until the appointed time comes. The only people who knew about
her were the Jewish prophets, like king Solomon, Jeremiah, and
John the Baptist. These people lived a humble life, and based on
Lord Jesus, the Lord God of Heaven only reveals His mystery to
the humble ones.
King Solomon called her ‘My love.”
Song of Solomon 6:4
O MY LOVE, you are as beautiful as Tirzah, lovely as Jerusalem, awesome as an army with banners!
Hosea called her ‘My wife.’
Hosea 2:22 Bring charges against your mother, bring charges; For she is not MY WIFE, nor Am I her
Husband! Let her put away her harlotry from her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts;
John the Baptist called her ‘bride.’
John 3:29 He who has the BRIDE is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and
hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled.
John who wrote the Book of Revelation called her ‘the Spirit and the bride.’
Revelation 22:17 And the SPIRIT and the BRIDE say, “Come!” And let him who hears say,
“Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
The Two Saviors of the World
These engaged Lovers, the Bridegroom and the bride, were once in Heaven together enjoying the
eternal love of God for them, until Adam and Eve committed sin. They and their descendants were
condemned to eternal death. Saving the people means they need to learn to live the holiness of God, as
the Jews who lived under Law that God gave to Moses. Paul said the Law is called the righteousness or
the natural ways of God. When people follow it with love and mercy, they will enter the Kingdom of
God without going through death. Nevertheless, the Jews did not understand the salvation of God
through the Law, they still died physically and disqualified to enter His Kingdom. But the heavenly
Father who loves His people does not want them to perish. He ordained these Lovers to be the Saviors
of the world. Prophet Joel prophesied Their coming on earth, saying, “let the Bridegroom go out from
his chamber, and the bride from her dressing room.” Jeremiah called these Two Saviors ‘The Lord our
Righteousness.’ They are as God's Models on how a holy or righteous person should live his life.

which HE will be called: THE LORD OUR
RIGHTEOUSNESS.”
Jeremiah 33:16, “and this is the name by
which SHE will be called: THE LORD OUR
RIGHTEOUSNESS.”
Symbolism of the Two Goats
The two sacrificial goats mentioned in the Book of Leviticus are prophetic. They symbolize God's
deliverance through the Bridegroom and the bride. And this is how They got separated in Heaven. The
Bridegroom left His bride to be in the physical world to manifest the
first salvation of God. After His work was completed, the Lord God
also sent the bride to accomplish His second salvation, as what Isaiah
foretold, “the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover
the remnant of His people who are left.” In the New Testaments, Lord
Jesus mentioned her as His gift from God and called her 'Helper,'
whom the Holy Spirit will use to gather the scattered children of
Israel, and to guide them into all truth, as John foretold, “But the
Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He
will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that
I said to you.”
The Physical Transition of The Bride
Like Christ, the spirit of the bride was also implanted in the womb of a woman to get into the physical
world to do the work of God. The only difference between her and the Bridegroom, Christ was born in
the holy country of Israel where people lived under the Law of Moses. Holy life means a sinless life. It
benefits the holy people as Christ against further demonic confrontations, influences, and temptations.
Above all, it brings peace, health, long life, and joy on
earth, and that is what the Lord God of Heaven wants
it. Meanwhile, the bride was born in the Gentile nation
and surrounded with sinful people. Transition from
heavenly body to a physical body gives a spiritual
being as the bride a temporal amnesia. She forgot her
heavenly life and mission on earth. And for her to live
in a sinful environment worsen her condition.
The Fall of the Bride of Christ
Prophet Hosea said, the bride committed adultery and
harlotry in the eyes of God. She was married to someone
fleshly who led her to a life of sins and miseries. Her
Bridegroom got angry at her, because the work of God
through her was pending. Also, He did not want anything, as
sin, to come in between Them. The Heavenly Father bound
Them to love each other from everlasting to everlasting.
Because all powers, dominions, governments, and authorities

3. are placed under the shoulders of the Bridegroom, the King of kings and Lord of lord, He repaired the
wrong things that occurred to her. He had her go through hard trials to cleanse her from impurities of
sins, and those men whom she committed adultery and harlotry with were removed from her life. The
bride was afflicted with troubles and could not understand what was happening to her life. The only
thing she knew about herself, she was a sinner and her life was filled with troubles.
The most profound part in the love story of these Spiritual Lovers is the love of the Bridegroom for the
bride. King Solomon explained this love: no waters can quench it, nor flood can drown it, and no
amount of money can buy it. Lord Jesus whom the Lord God ordained to be the Maker of all things can
easily create another companion who will be faithful to Him. Despite, He forgave her.
The Awakening of the Bride
After she was refined, she became more humble. Humility brings a
child of God closer to his Creator. The Bridegroom came to her in
Spirit and allured her back. Think of Mary's reaction when the Angel
of the Lord, Gabriel, appeared to her. She heard the voice of her
Husband, but she did not know what to act around Him. She was in
between natural feelings; confused, doubtful, and fearful. Because
Christ the Lord is Someone who has the power to stir big waves in the
seas to bless or punish the inhabitants of the earth and can calm the
strongest storms, He quieted her heart with His love and made her
listen to Him. She was convicted and believed the revelation, and as a
person who got healed from amnesia, the bride was awakened from a
deep sleep. Again, she starts loving His Spirit as it was in Heaven. Though she can’t see nor feel Him,
as a wife who is loved by her husband with kisses and warm embraces, the bride felt the presence of
her Bridegroom’s love wrapped around her and to give her the strength to do the work that the Holy
Father sent her for.
The Bride On A Mission
After she learned about who she was, then she became as a
farmer who spent his time farming the land, so that it can bear
fruits to feed the poor. Like Christ who was not recognized by
the Pharisees as the Son of God, this woman also will not be
recognized as the bride of Christ. In fact, the people in religions
thought the bride in the Book of Solomon symbolized the
believers of Christ. Their hearts will be hardened and fight her.
The devil will use them as an instrument to try to stop the bride
from teaching the truth and the righteousness of God. But the
Heavenly Father and the Christ are with her to help her win the
battle against the forces of evil. As for the children of God, they will be cleansed from all sins, free
from false teachings of religions, and learned to obey the commandments of God, as the prophecy
foretold:
Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest
of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

4. The Wedding Day
At this time, the
Bridegroom and the bride
are still separated by
boundary of natural life.
The Bridegroom is in the
Spiritual Kingdom, while
the bride is in the physical
life to fulfill God’s work. In
the end, They will be
reunited and get married.
Those who repented and
obeyed the commandments
of God will be the guests at
the wedding feast. The
Book of Psalms 45
prophesied about Their
royal meeting at the palace. King David called her 'the royal daughter’ who is dressed in luxurious
wedding gowns woven with gold and the virgins with her entering the Palace to meet the King. I
remember a vision, Lord Jesus was standing on a higher level floor. His eyes were filled with great love
for His bride who was at the distance walking gracefully toward Him. And as for me to write a love
story about these Spiritual Lovers was astonished. I thought it can only happen in the physical world or
in the world of fantasy as movies.
