2. Liverpool, a city that saw the birth of the Beatles, is composed of a
population of diverse origins, life on it is rough and difficult. Despite the
difficulties, its population is open to the influences of other cultures. It
is as well that arrive at Liverpool discs of rhythm and blues and Country
brought by the seafarers, which establishes a connection with the
music of the other side of the ocean.
In this group were their friends in the neighborhood Pete Shotton, Nigel
Walley and Ivan Vaughan, along with other classmates that were
coming in and out. They played at dances and parish celebrations. In
one of these celebrations parish, on 6 July 1957, Ivan Vaughan invited a
colleague named Paul McCartney. By that time Paul was just 14 years
old and in fact had not gone because you want the quarrymen, but

for the play on words, suggested "beatles", as a reference to the beat music.
The Beatles knew Pete for years; George Harrison had once again presented to
Paul and John, but only recently had been done drummer. Van toward Hamburg

Babyface, was good, conscientious and
respectful of their elders.

1959), The Beatles (1960 - 1970) and Wings (1971 -
1981), McCartney is the composer of greater
commercial success in the history of popular
music, in accordance with Guinness Book of
setting performance.

8. Richard Henry Parkin Starkey
Jr, MBE (Liverpool, 7 July
1940), better known as Ringo
Starr, is a musician (singer and
composer) and British
actor, recognized for having been
the drummer for The Beatles. Of the
four members of the group, was the
last to join the final formation. It is
called so because always uses
rings, although in an interview, he
said: "I chose it because it is name
of dog and the dogs i like".
