                                    Packing Event
                              October 24, 2009 9am – 2pm

On October 24, 2009, Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, Inc. (“FSO”) is proud to announce
“Thanksgiving for the Troops” packing event in Georgia. It will be held at the VFW Post 5408
located at 4764 Cobb Pkwy N NW, Acworth, GA. 30101

FSO is also pleased to announce that Micenna Brooks from Micenna’s Mission and her mother
Roni Brooks will also be attending the packing event. “I cannot tell you what and honor it is to
have both daughter and mother attending this packing event, so that no Servicemen or
Servicewomen will be forgotten this Thanksgiving while being deployed.” Says Francine
Thompson Georgia Manager for FSO.

FSO will be sending “we care” packages in time for Thanksgiving this year. While we, back in
the States, share Thanksgiving with our Family and Friends our Servicemen and Servicewomen
will also be able to share that ‘little bit of home” during Thanksgiving.

Schools and businesses from all over the State of Georgia as well as all over the Country, have
been collecting items and writing letters saying “Thank You” to include in the “we care”
packages for our troops this Thanksgiving, and many have been even holding fundraisers. That
is most critical to our organization, as without the funds to ship, the “we care” packages do not
benefit any of our U.S. military personnel by sitting in our warehouse.

We are proud to say that we have been able to continue our mission over the years with our
monthly “We Care” packages and have sent out close to 40,000 “we care” packages to date, our
U.S. troops who are serving on active duty with U.S. armed forces reaching even thousands and
thousands of more U.S. Servicemen and Servicewomen serving overseas, covering all the world
theaters!

We continue to grow leaps and bounds over the years, now with more and more soldiers
enrolling themselves to become monthly recipients. Many of these “servicemen and women” are
now on their 5th and 6th deployment, truly seeking that “little bit of home”.
