The Tres Volcanes Neighborhood Association of Albuquerque has expressed a vote of 'no confidence' in Commissioner Jerome D. Block, Jr. due to his legal issues affecting his ability to perform PRC duties. The association requests his immediate resignation to enable the appointment of a qualified representative for PRC District 3. This decision was made during their general membership meeting on August 7, 2011.

We, Tres Volcanes Neighborhood Association, comprised of home owners and renters
living on the west side of Albuquerque in PRC District 3.
We have been following the recent events surrounding your involvement in the legal
issues and related court proceedings. Our neighborhood association feels that the legal
problems you face have hindered your ability to effectively conduct PRC business
representing the constituents who elected you commissioner.
For this reason a quorum of our General Membership have voted "no confidence" at our
August 7, 2011 General Membership Meeting and hereby request your immediate
resignation. This action would allow a qualified individual to be appointed who can
adequately and responsibly represent us the PRC District 3 Commissioner.
