TBSS Project - MPA SSA CFP2015 Approving Committee PresentationTBSS Group
This proposal requests funding of $103.35K to develop a mobile platform for remote control and monitoring of installed radars on vessels and fixed points. The 8-month project would involve designing and building iOS and Android apps with wireless connectivity to enable radar display and control. Partners like Terma, 3 Waves Energy, Raytheon, and Gek Marine would provide testing platforms and support verification with their radar systems. If funded, the project aims to launch a product that can interface with popular radar brands to enter the maritime monitoring market and increase wireless network effectiveness.

TBSS initiated a radar related project which we tried to apply for a government fund to develop. The application was approved but the fund was not used.
Using real and practical oriented training aids in radar technology trainingTBSS Group
Radar system is one of the most complex systems and the associated courses are difficult to conduct to achieve effective learning outcomes from the students or participants. Radar courses in commercial or military institutions are largely conducted using simulation methods with theoretical analysis. Some practical components have also been used in some institutions. Students, hence, are not exposed as much as the training objectives required, to the practical aspects of the complex radar system. Real systems are used merely in system-specific courses for the training of technicians or engineers to maintain or service the system.
In this paper, the use of real training system is compared against conventional teaching methodology in radar courses. It will also discuss the pros and cons of using real systems in such courses. The paper will then present a typical radar training system that provides real signals and realistic phenomenons. The experience and use of radar training system with course details that has been deployed in some training institutions will then be presented and discussed.
Protecting commercial radar and communication systemsTBSS Group
This paper discusses the importance of ensuring signal integrity of radar and communication signals that are to be mobilized by the government agencies during war time. It presents the advantages of mobilizing commercial systems and the risk that are associated with it. In addition, it discusses the complexity of sharing these resources among different interested agencies and presents suggested methodologies to mediate the complexities.

Brief Summary
Cyber warfare and electronic warfare are similar in many ways. Electronic warfare is a general tool used to Deny, Disrupt, Destroy, Degrade, and Deceive which are largely achieved through the interactions with enemy’s radio frequency systems. Cyber warfare is similar and more with additional targeted effects on computer systems, networks, and applications. Information operations, however, intend to influence the person sitting behind the keyboard, resulting to wrong decision making.
Col Timothy Presby, Training and Doctrine Command Capabilities Manager of Cyber, Army said in August this year: “We need to be aware that we are very likely going to fight an adversary that is converging using [cyber and electromagnetic activity] integration, ISR and fires across full spectrum conflict, so unless we actually work together and converge our capabilities, we will be left short.”. This shows the importance of being aware and protected in the joint space.
This paper attempts to discuss the significance, seriousness and real threat in the cyber and electronics intelligence joint space. Critical military information can be obtained via cyber means and use by the forces to launch attacks in shortest possible time to cause severe damages to properties and lives.
This slides will be used in a talk for Engineering Students at NTU. Please help to assist to provide comments so that the students can be excited and consider taking entrepreneurship as their career.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

How to Stop a Divorce and Save Your Marriage: Divorce Spells That Really Work...
Thank You (TBSS Autograph)
1. THANK YOU
To my Seniors and Juniors from TBSS,
“I am really touched by your kind words
and gesture.”

2. I had really done nothing except created the Tiong Bahru
Secondary School Facebook Group on 23 July 2008,
participated in the organization of some gatherings and a
donation drive.
As the group became larger, we had people with different
thoughts, different perspectives and different working styles
in the group. I had some strong exchanges with a few of
them.
Some of whom, I had apologized for my misjudgments while
for the others, I reserve my comments.
3. My dream is always to bring all the TBSSians together under
one main group but it seems like this is difficult.
During the early days when the group was just formed, the
group was an enjoyable one, we chatted like nobody’s
businesses, day and night and through midnight.
The TBSS FB group is analogous to a huge piece of glass, it has
been cracked and some parts were broken now.
Am I sad about this? Yes, and I feel guilty for not being to
tolerate and accommodate then.
4. Currently, whenever I am aware of a group gathering, I will try
to attend or support if it is appropriate and acceptable.
Will I join back the TBSS FB Group? I do not know. It is not
important to me now, but I hope that all of you, if there is not
big issue, please join or remain in the Group to support the
Administration Team.
Once again, Thank You.
Lastly, Jeannie, thanks for the autograph. At TBSS, I did not
even have one, now, I realize it is really nice to have one.
5. I will put aside part of my time back to Singapore to meet up
with all of you whom have left your contacts in the
Autograph.
