in 2007 and based in Austin, Texas. TEXERRA specializes in commercial tenant
improvements, remodels, additions, and ground up construction for national,
regional, local and franchisee clients.

restaurant, office, movie theatres, healthcare and medical construction.
In addition to construction services; our in-house designers, architects, permit
expediter and 24 hour web portal project access help simplify the complicated
construction process.
Strong management leads TEXERRA Construction with over two decades of
combined construction and financial experience. Both Managing Partners served
in the United States Military and are veterans of multiple war fronts. TEXERRA

4. LEADERSHIP
Carlos Griego, Managing Partner
As co-founder of TEXERRA Construction, Carlos’ vision is to bring a new standard
of construction excellence to the Austin area. His experience includes over 15
years of construction management and over $150M in completed projects for
national, regional, and local firms. His portfolio of projects include industrial,
warehouse, retail, medical, residential, office and wind tunnel environments.
Prior to founding TEXERRA Construction, Carlos served as an Aviation Electrician
in the United States Navy assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 86 (VFA-86).
During his enlistment, Carlos served multiple tours of duty onboard the USS
America in Bosnia, Somalia and the Middle East. After receiving his honorable
discharge, Carlos attended the University of Florida (College of Design, Planning
and Construction) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction.
Travis Cooley, Managing Partner
As co-founder of TEXERRA Construction, Travis has a passion for delivering outstanding
customer service, excellence, and results to clients of the firm. With 17 years of leadership,
financial and management experience Travis has been involved in every stage of large scale
ground up projects, investor relations, and building efficient operational processes and
teams.
Prior to founding TEXERRA, Travis was an Aviation Maintenance and Engineering Naval
Officer and President/COO of the 34th largest first run movie theatre chain in North America
where he managed over $14M in construction projects. Travis is a graduate of the United
States Naval Academy where he played linebacker for Navy. After graduation he served
two tours in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan in support of multiple operations.
